Welcome to Tulipwood Senior Apartments, a welcoming community designed for individuals 62 years and older. Our complex features 75 one-bedroom homes, including select apartments equipped for mobility-impaired residents. Each apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable carpet and vinyl flooring, individual climate control, and inclusive utility costs.

Everybody seems to get along and help each other. Sha and Josh are great with residents.

Newly purchased and remodeling going full tilt! Smells better, bugs are under control, security cameras up and it is no longer housing people without the abilities to live independently. Changes are welcomed!
