I pay for shipping and they consistently refuse to bring the packages out . I go in to pick them up and tell them that I paid for shipping and they're not shipping. They literally laughed at me , shrugged and said "I know"

I don’t understand how USPS is still a thing for anything more than advertising fliers. Package has been there for a week. They said they never received it. It’s shipping from a very reputable company that I’ve never had an issue with when using other shipping methods. If USPS closed today it would be the least significant thing to ever happen in my lifetime.

This is the worst post office ever!!! I've been waiting on a package since July 3rd when it was suppose to be delivered and I was finally able to get online after waiting a while and it said my package has been in Centerville since June 29th!!! I mean seriously.. I need this package!!! It's ridiculous!! ??

First I’d like to say, our regular mail carrier is amazing! With that being said…how hard it is to get your address changed, and how long does it take. We changed our address a month ago and it still isn’t showing as valid…can’t change address on driver’s licenses, etc. If it wasn’t for the places we’ve contacted and changed our address, and if it wasn’t for our awesome regular mail carrier, we wouldn’t be getting any of our mail! We’re giving our regular mail carrier 5+ Stars, and whoever is in control of handling the address changes..we’ll give them negative 5 stars. When we moved here it took only a week to week an a half to get our COA processed. SMH, good help is truly hard to find..even when they’re getting paid good money!

Worst post office I have ever dealt with!! Says my package was delivered at 3:30 pm today...my camera would notify me if it was delivered...But I know for fact it wasn't delivered here at all!! I don't mind coming to post office to get it if it's a problem delivering my mail!! Just let me know!!

So, I've discovered why the post office is going broke. They don't care and don't deliver your packages. They just leave a note. They want you to drive 30 minutes, one way, to pick up your own packages. The one thing they are supposed to do, they won't do it... Deliver your mail! If I could give them a negative rating I would!

Worst USPS I've ever dealt with only lived here like 4 months now and I never get my packages on a timely matter ever. Waiting on mail right now going on week 2 got a box from Amazon and they registered it as mailbox was to full to deliver. I don't know if these people have brains or what but I promise you it wouldn't fit in mailbox anyway you try. This is my sixth confrontation with them about delivering my mail then they say o that's weird i don't know what happened everytime.

The driver never delivers my packages.Never do I get my boxes when they are shipped USPS.The driver Doesn't look at the addresses of regular mail either, obviously! because I've got so much of my neighbor's mail, I give up trying to deliver them myself. and from all over Centerville too. Not even from around my street. God knows how much of my mail has gone inside someone's trash can.And good luck at the front desk!

The guy at the front desk didn't even take the time to look up on the computer to find my package that was supposedly delivered to my address last night. All he could say is that they don't get tracking numbers like the one I showed him and they don't deliver anything that late at night! I told him I didn't think they delivered that late, but what if the carrier didn't put it in my mail box or bother bringing it to my door. I told him my husband was home, so there was no excuse on why I shouldn't have gotten my package. I have proof that it was delivered to my address last night, but he still argued the fact. I made a claim, so hopefully this issue will be resolved!

So, I've discovered why the post office is going broke. They don't care! They leave your packages outside in the rain, without any plastic bag, under your mailbox on the road. They don't care if it's stolen or ruined from the weather. The don't care. If I could give them a negative rating I would!

Mailed a letter ( in Manila envelope) weighing 14.50 oz to California. Man behind counter insisted I had to send it priority due to size, weight, and distance. I've been mailing items for a looong time. First class can weigh up to 15.99 oz regardless of US destination. I was not going to argue the issue as I was short on time. Cost me $9.30 vs $5.99. I sent another envelope weighing 13 oz to NV same time... cost .. yep $5.99!! Guess I donated $3.31 to the post office!!!
