Everytime I use these folks it’s always something. GO ELSEWHERE! Today I called to see if I could drop off my push mower. A male employee said “sure, we can fix that.” So I drive 30 minutes to be met at their front door by an older lady giving me every excuse and problem under the Sun as to why they won’t fix it. Or best case if I can wait “months and months and months” (her words) to have it looked at. I mean it’s May 2nd, I need the mower fixed. Why would I otherwise be at a small engine repair shop??The tone of the exchange was as if I was the idiot to be there in the first place, after I took the responsibility to first call before coming up there.I won’t ever attempt to use them again. And even if I wanted to? What’s the point? Good riddance.

If I could give zero I would! I drove an hour to have my 9 month old Husqvarna looked at. Terry wouldn’t even get out of the chair as his wife (I assume) asked him to. He said it was a major problem and drop it off and will look at it in 3-4 weeks. I was shocked at time frame just to look at my still NEW mower to which Terry’ response was why didn’t I bring it in sooner! I left with mower and went down the road a bit to DENNIS SMALL ENGINE REPAIR SHOP and within minutes diagnosed and had it working! See reviews on DENNIS SMALL ENGINE REPAIR SHOP because he will take care of you!

Great little repair shop. Been fixing small engines for years.Awesome guys. Sold me a starter that's usually over $150 for $60 and gave me a OHV valve cover for free. Also they always give me pointers on how to tune my engine up and maintain it.Brandon is a very knowledgeable guy and Ole Terry is a really pleasure to talk and joke with

For those who want a personal, yet professional experience when dealing with all things related to small engines, Terry's Small Engines is the place to go.Terry's is owned and operated by a family that has worked on small engines for generations. Husqvarna is their preferred brand, though they keep multiple brands and their parts available for sale. They have almost everything you could need to maintain your own equipment on the farm. Whatever part you need, they will help you hunt it down, and can talk you through the replacement process if you need the guidance. If that's not your style, though, they also offer in-house tune ups and services to your equipment handled by men and women that know them in and out.The business is owned by Terry, and you'll see him at the door most days greeting customers and chatting about life. His grandson, Brandon, runs the counter and is a wellspring of knowledge for what you need. Simply explain what you need and Brandon will get it for you, knowing exactly where it is.Terry's Small Engines is your best place to shop for weedeaters, mowers, chainsaws, etc. You're better off going to them than to Lowe's or Home Depot, as you can find exactly what you're looking for as well as getting the service you'd want from a business that deals exclusively in the product.

Stay away from this place at all cost!!!!I honestly don’t even know where to begin with them. The customer service is absolutely horrible. Whatever they tell you, you better get in writing and probably on video recording and even then it’ll probably change and be your fault somehow. Never been called a lair so much in my life by one shop. Paid for a full service plus some, had a hydraulic leak on right side. Get them to pick it up and told it was the pump on that side. I asked if the other side had one as well, was told yes but not leaking. I gave the go ahead to replace it anyways. I have absolutely no problem paying for quality work and parts. I go to cut my yard once before vacation and put it up. Come home, open my garage, well, let the pictures speak for what I saw.Can not stress enough to stay away from this place!!
