Shane (son) seems to be the main mechanic knows his craft and how to talk to a customer.

“Vast selection and decent price for what I got. I walked in near closing and the employees were standing around talking, but one stopped to let me know when they closed. I got back to the cash register quickly and one of the employees said I didn't have to rush and even asked to make sure that's all I wanted. I went in knowing what I was looking for and where it was, so the time warning hadn't rushed me, but it was a nice gesture to ask.”
