“The Burns post office is great. Ashley is caring and goes out of her way to be helpful. It is a shame that the carriers for Burns are dispatched out of the Dickson post office. I feel better served having a post office box at the Burns Post Office than having my mail delivered to my home by the carriers from Dickson.”
“Our postmaster (Garrett?) went above and beyond to find a lost package and found the source of the delay. My friend who sent the package called him and he politely let her vent and then took action.”

“Had 2 packages go to wrong address but our property..the postman was very helpful in explaining where to pick the packages up and was very friendly..I went inside this morning and the young lady behind the counter named Lisa was very helpful and my packages were in great shape and she went above and beyond and even carried the heaviest package (micro oven) to my car, We just moved to Cumberland Furnace and already people are is so nice..definitely 10 out of 10 experience..”
