Hi my name is Starr and I always come in there to get my breakfast for work every moring and the employees that work there cause they make me smile everytime I come in there especially the young ladys well woman that work on the food side one of there name is Ms Darleen and it's another young lady I think she gone but she was so nice and grateful everything i name in there she greets us correctly she's always smiling when we walk through the door they nees to bring her back i think her name is brittany she is a wonderful great worker but that the manager on food side think his name is Scott his attitude is very nasty he don't know how to talk to customers or employees he always slamming this we other employees tell him he has customers up front he always cursing in front of us when we go to purchase food from restaurant side then i have caught him mutiple time eating out the dishes on the taco side i was like j know I did not just see him stick his whole hand inside that dish and put the food right inside of his mouth infront of customers I don't think that he is making good examples for his team cause he don't care about nothing his always cursing through out the store and that not no good example of this place so yall plz do something about this cause it's going to stop me from going in there and others as well thank u for ur other employees for working they butt's off great team.......

Update: they had bun on the run. But I didn't realize it was made YESTERDAY. Glad I checked. So look before you buy!

The precooked hot offerings were just two buffalo chicken sandwiches, you had to either order food and wait or purchase snacks. I wish the American 7-11 was like the Japanese ones and had more options.

Poor customer service. Rude staff. Employee (Fake Red Hair) was on her phone and made me use the self checkout while complaining and arguing with another customer. Would give 0 stars if allowed.

At this point, I'm just not going back to this location. The food over at the taco section is usually dried out and gross looking. Today I just stopped in to get Slurpees. Over half of the options weren't working and the frozen lemonade machine was just turned off. There was sign on the slurpee machine saying that the large slurpee was a dollar. When I took it the 3 slurpees I got to the counter, they rang up as full price. I pointed at the sign showing the price. The person behind the counter sighed and said "You have to put in your phone number." I did and my name showed up so I know I put it in correctly. The price still showed full price. I pointed it out and their response was, "Uh, I don't know," and they just stared at me. At that point, for better or worse, I just paid for my drinks and left, never to return. I grew up in TX and was pretty excited to see & Eleven moving in. Maybe not so much now.

The red velvet cookies are great. My biscuit was dry and I'm not to keen on the breakfast because I had bad experience with dry and old food. The chicken and tenders are great and the logs

Always out of condiments, fountain drinks, and food during lunchtime, not because of the crowd. I once stood at the Lorado Bar to order breakfast while the employee was texting on her phone and didn't even look up. I love 7-11 JUST NOT THIS ONE on Amnicola Hwy. in Chattanooga TN! Sorry customer service.

I was going to give 5 stars but then I remember I had to pay $7 for a gallon of milk one night and said "no way you're getting 5 stars for that kind of blatant gouging " you can do better than that 7-11, I'm watching you.

When you have a protein bowl as an option. that doesn't require you to cook anything and don't want to make it and keep cleaning that's no good. Grew up with 7-11 all my life in California haven't seen one since I moved out here 16 years ago. When I came across this one it was a big disappointment get some better kitchen staff that provides customer service.

Well… they don’t have pizza. Regardless of what they send to you. They literally sent to my home advertising for the new store opening, along with a “free pizza” coupon (designated specifically for that store ONLY) which I tried to use. The manager merely stated, “we don’t have pizza.” Wouldn’t even entertain an alternative. When I was checking out, another employee tried to offer an alternative. To which the manager again shut down any options.
Cool store. Terrible manager.
