I ordered an oven from OBR equipment out of Houston TX for residential delivery. They contracted AAA cooper transportation for the delivery. They dropped the oven 200 yards from my garage at the bottom of a paved driveway with a turnaround. I wish I could attach a picture of the drive with this review. Paid $500 dollars for shipping that, as far as I’m concerned, was far from completed. Incompetence on the driver and the reps I talked to on the phone who refused to bring the 1,000 lb delivery to my house. Now I’m stuck with trying to figure out how to get what I already paid for completed.
