I had a terrible experience renting from this place. I contacted Jeff several times about my washer, which stopped working after just one month. He assured me that someone from maintenance would get in touch to schedule a repair, but nobody ever called. Meanwhile, they are still expecting me to make a payment. To make matters worse, I received an email from a collection agency demanding that I return the washer and dryer to avoid legal action. This is not my responsibility - it's Aaron's. l've recorded conversations from two gentlemen's that has reached out telling me someone will be contacting me. Not to mention I had to contact them after receiving the washer and dryer because it had pet hair and goo all inside the dryer. Pathetic.

There are many problems with this place.
1. Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional.
2. Staff lacks communication
3. My washer broke after a month of use and they never came to pick it up as the said they would. ( I had to pay someone to remove it and buy a brand new one elsewhere)
4. When I asked them to come maintenance my washer I had to take off work for them to come maintenence the machine. The worker never called/texted and never showed.
5. When the machine was first delivered, they gave me a window and were 2 hours late from that windows.

I placed an online order with the store on Brainerd 12/23/2023 didn’t receive my order until 1/3/2024 didn’t realize that it would not come with mattresses left my tv at the store forgot my fireplace tv stand all together after being told it would arrive with the rest of the order welp it didn’t so I was told I would have to wait until tomorrow to get my mattresses delivered and the fireplace as well tomorrow came i call right at 10 was told my order was being loaded on the truck but no knows what time it will arrive 3pm still no Aaron’s on i call was told my order wasn’t even loaded on the truck and could i wait until the 8th for my delivery date mind you I have half of my order rude as I don’t know what as if im getting on there nerves so I was told I can come pick it up at the store got there the store manager was so very disrespectful and and rude has the nastyiest customer service i have ever in my life seen i asked for the corporate office number and she the manager said make sure you put my name on there really rude disgusting distasteful not pleasant to me attitude from the witches I don’t recommend would never ever in my life will be back period and the store manager was proud to be a disgrace disgusting rude nasty bad attitude and customer service where she couldn’t run the tint city for the homeless people let alone a business and store manager at that wow no way who do she think pays her bills CUSTOMERS hello miss nasty rude distasteful store manager on top of that gave me some cheap mattresses and a fireplace that they wanted me to have not even what I picked out really bad bad bad Brainerd road you have ruined my business of ever dealing with Aaron’s period distasteful bad business manager disgusting attitude and disgusting customer service and management

Awful customer service. Put on hold abruptly & without warning after calling to figure out appropriate documents. Then I was left on hold for 25 minutes before a new person picked up and had no clue what I was talking about. In which I was out on hold again and left for 30 minutes before I eventually hung up.

Went in to the store had great help. But when furniture was delivered they said I needed my Id witch I left in my work truck. The failed to let me know that when I was at the store and didn't try to help at all to get me my furniture this place is a joke!

The store manager or the lady that is over the payment department has no customer service skills at all!!! My payments are/ where set up automatically. At the beginning of the year my whole family had covid so I was out of work for 10 days never missed a payment until this happened. I contacted the store to inform them about my payments no courtesy because I did not call I didn't call by a certain date excuse me for being sick
