If i could rate this compasny and their broker and customer service people less than a 1 I would. As soon as they get their broker fee that they collect uo front they are gone. They will say anything to get their fee. Despicable.
My car was picked up on Thursday night in NY and was supposed to be in Florida Saturday evening. A few hours ago I got in touch with the driver and he is in Philadelphia i am trying to fly up their to get my car which is being held hostage. I have called the Broler Angela Worth “probably not a real name” and customer service Jessica. Neither one would return a phone call, text ir email. When you are looking for a transporter they call and text every 2 seconds making you think they are sincere. If AAT pops up run run run. I am still trying to figure iut how we get are car with all our possessions in it. Also they are a broker and the carrier they used is also a bumch if lying people with a hirrible track record and violations and the driver says he doesnt speak english

You are a part of the family at this company. 05/28/2024 This is an update to this company now. Covenant bought us, and it went from 5 stars to 2 stars. Nothing had remained the same. We are just a number now. Be cautious if looking to come here now.

I had 4 cars transported from Calif. to Kentucky. My 1964 Amphicar had a piece torn out of the tire ( wide white wall special tires )by the hold down all had grease that won't come off. Rear light bent damaging the lid. Prius was used as shuttle went thru a 1/4 of a tank of gas.MGB had exhaust system damage. Lexus has parking light damage and a dent in the bumper. If you care at all for your car ship it with someone else.Wish I could give them a .001 star. By the way you only have 30 some hours to make a insurance claim !
