The office girls were so friendly and helpful and the clean up crew even detailed my car and everything !’ It looked like a new car I couldn’t believe how good it looked!

Poor Management and Poor Customer Service.
On Nov. 3rd I hit an animal on my way home from work. My insurance company recommended this place to take my car to. I trusted them so I sent it over on Nov. 6th. The original date of completion for repairs was Nov. 20th. After a week they extended it to the 29th with no explanation. Then they extended it to Wednesday the 4th because of Thanksgiving. During all of this time I talked to the receptionist Haley. She was very helpful and apologized many times. But not once did a manager or person-in-charge talk to me. Then they extended my repair again to Thursday with no explanation yet again. At this point I am absolutely furious and frustrated. To make things better. I get a text message, not a phone call on the day it’s supposed to be ready that they broke my front grill of my car while putting it back on. So I had to call them myself and they told me they would have a new one on Friday. But I had to work a 10 hour shift on Friday so I wouldn’t be able to pick it up till the following Monday. Extending my pickup 5 more days. On the following day, Friday, Haley calls me to tell me they got the wrong color grill for my car and they would get the correct one on Tuesday the 10th, this would be the fifth extension and a month and 5 days worth of waiting. And not once did the manager talk to me or was I offered some kind of compensation for having to wait so long and them breaking one of my parts. Haley did ask me what they could do to help and I requested a car was given to me to drive. But, I had to wait 3 days to get it and I only had it for another 3 days. Then my car was finally ready. It looked great and drove well. As it should be after over a month of waiting.
When I picked up my car. I talked to the Manager Keith Burns. I told him my concerns and how deeply disappoint I was that he as the manager didn’t talk to me a single time throughout this entire process and how it showed very poor customer service on his point. He didn’t show any kind of concern and didn’t care at all that I was upset. He didn’t try to make the situation better at all until I mentioned leaving a bad review. Then all of a sudden he wanted to help me.
Do not come to this place for repairs. Management is horrendous and they won’t compensate you for their mistakes.

The women who work at the front are amazing! They kept me updated every step of the way with my repair and were always helpful and kind. Thanks so much for a great experience of a not-so-fun fix-up of my car.

Was called first time saying it was done. Got there and it wasn’t. Side skirt was missing on the driver side, then still had scratches and a massive dent. Ok, 2nd time. Still not done after I was called it was. Dent was fix, but the scratches on the fender and door was still visible. They literally took a touch up pen and fix it…..like I could’ve did that in my driveway with the touch up pen it came with. Long story short took 5 trips and calls saying it was done. Just changed my oil, last week and they didn’t even fully attach the front bump back, cause the holes won’t line up. This place is a complete and total joke. Oh yeah by the 5th time, had the manager meeting me, had to demand a test drive cause at this point I didn’t believe anything they said. Should’ve went over it more but they probably still have my car at this point. My advise, if you got a 20 something year old truck and don’t care sure use them. If you actually care about your car and how it looks, go somewhere else!!!! I’d give this place 0 stars but it wont let me. Good freakin luck and bless you if you use them is all I can say

I want to personally thank the teams in every department at Classic Collision located on Test Drive in Chattanooga.
The original estimate, vehicle drop , repair and car detail were above and beyond what anyone could expect or hope for. My entire experience with this company confirmed that I had made the right choice when I decided to have the repair of my car done at this location.
They treated my car as if it were their own and I can say without reservations that they are " THE BEST"

In 2022, I brought my car in and it went smoothly (good scheduling and repairs). So, when my car needed a minor repair I brought it in a second time. Scheduling was good even though it was far out and near the holidays. Repairs were done correctly and they let me keep the old parts as I requested.However, after having my car back I noticed personal belongings on my dashboard were missing, even though they were left there the first time my car had repairs. Why would someone bother them if they didn't before? I thoroughly checked the car for them and know for a fact they were there when I dropped the car off. I am upset by this because they had sentimental value to me. Also, after repairs my car had a sensor stop working, but it resolved itself after a while.Overall I was pleased with the quality of the work and communication. The shop updates you well on repairs and about anything that comes up, but only works if they call you directly because the automated system isn’t accurate.

I'm not quite sure how well there going to be on my truck. I haven't dropped it off yet. But on my wife car they did an amazing job and we are very please. The do communicate very well with the insurance company so I'm very thankful for that. The office staff seem to be wonderful very responsive as soon as you walk through the door.

I had to get my car repaired due to hitting a deer a few months ago. I was really dreading it because I’ve taken other vehicles I’ve owned to other shops in the same area & never had that great of an experience. However, Classic Collision on Test Drive really impressed me! They made the process very smooth and easy. Amber kept me informed on the status of my repair throughout the process. They did a fantastic job on the repair & my car looks brand new again. I hope I never have to get my car repaired again but if I do I will be returning to this location due to the outstanding customer service & amazing quality of work. Thank you Classic Collision for fixing my car!
