I went here to have a second opinion on a minor ding on my car. The office was clean and front attendant friendly. Kevin greeted me warmly and then took my car back to the shop to be looked at and asked me to come with him. He personally looked at the problem and then he and two other guys fixed it within 10 minutes. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and we had good conversations. Whats crazy is that another place wanted to charge me $850 for a problem that didn’t exist and Classic Collision fixed it within minutes and charged me nothing and I just tipped the workers (since it took 10 minutes and some new adhesive). I was blown away! I highly recommend this place as they are knowledgeable, hardworking, and trustworthy. Thank you!

Worst service. They repaired my brand new audi and less than a year the area started to Crack around the repair. Would not honor it.

I had an accident in my 2021 F150. My insurance company asked me where I wanted my vehicle to be towed. I selected this place because it's close to my house. When I came here to get some things out of my truck I was told that I was only allowed to get a limited number of things by an old lady at a desk... I owned everything in that truck. She had no right to tell me that. I won't be doing business here again.

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Classic Collision that I feel like needs to be addressed. I hate doing a review online, and this is the first time I have EVER had to do something like this. In August, I purchased a 2024 Yukon Denali. Back in October, I noticed two spots on the front end near the chrome grille. These two spots were chipped paint, adjacent from each other. I took it to Classic Collision as instructed by GMC. Naby and the auto body repair manager (cannot remember his name) inspected the vehicle, and explained the following:
1. These two areas are likely from the chrome grille "rubbing" the areas causing the paint to chip.
2. The front end would be removed, sanded down, new paint/ clear coat applied. I was informed that they would not just touch up the two spots as that it is like applying a "bandaid," and to do the job right the entire front end had to be painted.
3. In addition to the original problem, was a small chip from a rock (I assume). Like the size of an ant. Truly not noticeable unless you get up real close. I was informed this would be taken care of due to the process explained even though that's not why I took the vehicle in the first place, but GREAT! I had no issue with that.
The manager explained to me that the GMC Yukon's are painted in a factory by a robot, and the paint jobs are just not as good. My vehicle would be better off in the long run with this paint job.
I took the write up and quote to fix back to GMC. $1400.
On October 22nd, I dropped my vehicle off. On November 15th, I am informed that my vehicle is ready. I go to GMC to pick up, and before I leave I look at the front end to make sure everything was good to go. Well sure enough, the paint job that was explained was not carried out the way I was informed it would be. The two spots that were the original problem were fixed, however, the chipped area that was from a rock (I assume) was dotted with STARK WHITE paint on my pearl white, brand new vehicle, and returned. In another area was a run that had dried! I'm not sure WHO did the paint job, and why in the world they assumed the customer would be ok with doing something that took it from truly not being noticeable to absolutely noticeable. Would you want this done to your vehicle??? Absolutely not.
I am really not trying to be a nit picky person, but when you purchase a very expensive vehicle you have the right to be this way & should expect it to be returned with no issues! I also understand that this was not the original problem, but it became a PROBLEM! Does anyone not check the vehicles over before returning to make sure that the job was done appropriately??? It's unacceptable! Not only that, but I tried to call and speak to the manager, and never got a phone call back. Not one time did I get a call from management ASSURING ME that this would be taken care of the RIGHT WAY and that this was completely unacceptable nor worth the $1400 job quoted for that matter. In the end, it was done correctly. After having it for over a month. It should have been done this way the FIRST time. Needless to say, I am disappointed in the entire process and would hope that in the future whoever painted my vehicle learns how to do a better job. Also, communication is key. Do better.

Damaged my car when they aligned it. And refusing to fix it currently not taking responsibility for their botched work currently seeking an attorney and waiting on my insurance agent to try to resolve this. They told me to take it to the dealership and have it fixed steering wheel is clicking and loose wasn't like that before and yea they said I'll have to pay the dealership after they messed up... I don't think so never ever going back

I have not had any repair work done yet but I have received an estimate and I've made an appointment to have repair work done. While I was waiting for the technician to write up my estimate and bring me a printout, I heard the receptionist laughing with a co-worker on the phone about how I had initially gone to the wrong building. The receptionist was laughing and repeatedly described to the coworker how I had walked in to the front desk and only said my name. The receptionist imitated my voice several times over, giggling all the while.
I don't imagine this has anything to do with the quality of the repair work that I'm hoping to have completed next week. In the interim, I will try to figure out what the correct thing is to say when you walk in to a building and approach the front desk

I had never been in an accident before, after my first one in May, my insurance sent me to Classic Collision. I had an incredible experience with them! Kevin was so nice and called to give me updates, and always followed up with me if I called with a question or just when I would call trying to rush the process. I also loved getting to talk with miss Kathy at the front desk whenever I came in. She was always so sweet and she and I had great conversations! As anxious as I was having to deal with the wreck and paperwork, they sure made it an easy process. I hope I’m never involved in another wreck, but if I am, I’d be more than happy to work with Classic Collision again!

Damaged my interior. Trying to do the least they can to "fix". April lied about several things! On my way to drop off the vehicle I had low tire pressure. I aired it up and dropped it off . About a week later my Mazda App notified me of low tire pressure so I called and notified the person handling my claim and she assured me she would notify the tech prior to them driving it. This didn't happen and my vehicle was driven 7 miles with low tire pressure with a big display showing warning low tire pressure. What kind of employee drives another's vehicle with warning lights on???? They basically dismissed my issue and claimed to have pictures showing no warning on and then admitted when I asked for time stamp that it was taken after I emailed her with my issue. So they also lied and tried covering it up. When the manager got involved, he too brushed it off.
If you don't care about your car, take it here. If you value your investment, choose another shop that cares and wint try covering things up. I'll be filing a complaint with state farm as well.
Scratched my pillar moukdings and dented my door trim. Also, smudges everywhere like they rubbed everything un grease and smeared it. Thus is on a 2024 with 5k miles. Take your vehicle elsewhere

Classic Collision did an excellent job with my wife's car repair. We had the roof repainted and the windshield replaced and everything looks great! Kevin was great and communicative throughout the whole process. Highly recommend their services!
