The staff is great in store, however anytime we have an interaction via the website, things go downhill.
This store in particular, always seems to have issues when ordering items online to either pick up in store or to have assembled and delivered to your home.
Most recently, I ordered a Traeger Woodridge Pro and selected the free delivery and assembly from the store. The order went through and my money went bye bye.
The next morning, we get a cancellation and a phone call stating that they didn’t even have the grill available or will have it anytime soon.
This is the second time that their in stock items have not been in stock and I now have to wait for over $1000 to be returned to me.
Went to Home Depot and ordered. Already have a shopping update.

Slow and not very helpful. Help people in front and behind me but skip over me. Elders is definitely better. Price and people. I will not be going back. Elder ace on broad street is where you should go.

Ace always has nice people but they don’t always have the best prices. I’m usually greeted with smiling faces and welcoming comments. Seems like they are typically 25-33% higher in prices. Wish I could give them more stars but prices don’t reflect it.

I love the hardware store there are a couple women follow behind you even as you get into the car. Checking plants outside to make sure they are all still accounted for. Other than feeling like you're being investigated it's a great place with lots of interesting things.

Recently my son had to start dialysis treatment for kidney failure. To do this he needed a touchless hand sanitizer dispenser, so I looked on line and this ACE hardware was the only one that showed one “ in-stock”. So I drove 35 miles to this one so I could get one & install it for him. When I got to the store, I could not find them, so I went to the service counter & showed this guy what I was looking for & he had a worried look on his face but told me to hang on for a minute while he looked for it. He came back & told me that during COVID those were hot sellers & the inventory may not have been updated. This guy was determined to help me out somehow. He ended getting a new putty knife off of the rack, & took one of the store’s dispenser off of the wall & told me to take it. I offered to pay for it, but he said absolutely not. As I was leaving, he stopped me & said I will be praying for your son…. I did not get his name but I want everyone to know that these folks at this ACE are kind caring folks & have restored my faith in humanity. Thanks again for your help & kindness!!!!

During my recent visit to Ace Hardware, I was able to locate a water pressure valve with help from an associate. He was knowledgeable and attentive. Even after I got what I needed, I continued to look around the store and was asked by another associate if we needed help. When it came time to check out, the cashier was friendly and also made sure we got everything we needed. The store was clean, stocked, and had many friendly, helpful associates. A store my family will continue to shop at in the future.

This place has changed. I've been shopping here for 15 years, but they go out of their way to be unhelpful these days. I will avoid them unless they are absolutely my last resort.

The lumber prices here are & the wood is anything but straight... If you're building a house, go to home Depot or Lowe's even though they are a drive away
