This place was amazing!!!! They did what they said and Brent kept me informed every other day!!!! And when I got the car back it looked like it never had been wrecked and it was clean and detailed!!!! I would recommend this place any time any day!!!!!!! And also Kathy at the front desk was very nice and answered every question I had!!!!!!!

I asked Where’s my Driver side mirror?
They never even ordered it🙄😂👌

Don’t tell me the car is ready on the 28th and I drive 2 hours each way to get the car that was done a week ago only for the park assist and the front end sensors not being right and flashing on my dash and now I have to wait until what should have been done is actually done so I can drive back home another 2 hours. I didn’t factor wasting my time into the equation especially when I have to catch a flight later today and was thinking competent service was completed to make this a quick pick up. The work on the damage area looks phenomenal but not so much on sensor.

Truck went in for an $8000.00 collision repair. Vehicle was there for 3 months as they tried to ring out more money from my insurance. They charged to replace a power heated mirror which they didn't replace and to r&r my grill gaurd which they never re-installed due to the fact they lost the mounting brackets and then told me it wasn't their problem. They said the brackets were never on the truck. Yet the gaurd , which they took off, couldn't have been on the truck without them! Several calls to the shop, and corporate went unanswered forcing me to use other means of getting my money back for the work they never performed.
Horrible customer service and straight out thievery. STAY AWAY!

Classic collisions on Jersey Pike did an awesome job repairing my vehicle. Brent, my adjuster was great to work with and kept me advised of the progress via text in a timely manner. They also specialize in working on my car brand so I felt confident in the repairs.

I’ve brought my car to this collision company multiple times (probably three or four) and they’ve always done a great job. I’m dedicated to them because every time they fix my car, it comes back looking really good. They’re very thorough and I trust them with my vehicle completely.😊
Communication is pretty good overall, and they do keep you updated. Sometimes the repairs take a little longer than expected and the return date can get moved around, but I understand that can happen depending on parts and the workload.
I highly recommend them! I’ve even told friends and family to go there because I know they’ll be taken care of.
