I tried to bring my shirt batried to bring my shirt back yesterday to exchange it for another like it and it was the only one left in my size. The associate was extremely rude and didn't do the exchange based off of her opinion not policy. I had the original receipt too...I think I'll be shopping at AEO from now on.

Very nice cashier. Not many school pants in stock for girls. There was some nice sales and nice casual clothes. Easy check out fast service.

I'm not a huge shopper type person. So it was a place to buy clothes for kids, teens and young adults. It is what it is.

I didn’t want to base this review only on the customer service but the cashier I got was rude and not much of a help. I don’t know if she was having an off day but seemed to be a bit of a j*** towards my questions. The store was organized though and was well kept up.
