I came here the morning of November 7 2025 to get a flat fixed, they had just opened the guy behind the desk simply tells me his help hasn’t arrived and leaves it at that, never inquired about my issue so i just left, Black people don’t take your car here they don’t want our money

As a girl it was refreshing to go to a mechanic shop and actually feel comfortable! They didn’t ask me if I wanted to get anything done extra then what I went there for. There very affordable. And super nice everyone that works there were super nice. Definitely will be going there again!

I came in to have my tires replaced and was originally quoted for name-brand tires. While they were being installed, I confirmed with the staff that they were indeed the brand I requested, and I was told yes. However, once the work was complete, it became clear they were not the tires that had been promised. The staff then offered to switch them to Bridgestones, but once the vehicle was back on the lift, I was told those weren’t available either. At that point, they refunded me and put my original tires back on. The entire visit ended up being a frustrating waste of time. Unfortunately, this felt like a bait-and-switch situation.

I have bought my tires here since right after they opened around 30 years ago. You cannot beat their prices. I have shopped other tire stores and found similar tires for 20 to 100% higher than the prices you'll find here. If they don't happen to have the tire you want, they'll get what you want within 24 hours. The shop is an old time Mom'n'Pop shop that does not have some luxurious waiting room, but you don't need it. You're usually in and out in 15-20 minutes with new tires and a smile on your face because of how much money you saved. I've bought tires maybe twice in the last 30 years at someplace else and wound up disappointed. They give you an out the door price. Taxes, mounting and all the other fees that other places charge you are wrapped up in one low price with no surprises. Shop here and you will not be disappointed.

A very pleasant and positive experience when I purchased tires and installation for my RV, from Tommy (34 years in the business). Lowest cost and best value I could find. Also, installation was completed within Tommy's estimated duration which was surprisingly quick. I'll definitely contact Tommy again for my other vehicles. A+ !!

Visiting Chattanooga from out of town and got a flat only to realize both our front tires were in real bad condition. They had our size tires in stock when all the other stores would have to order them and they got us in within an hour for an emergency appointment. Very nice, very quick, and suuuper helpful!!
