All of the staff were super kind and helpful. The space was clean and I felt safe being there. We actually left our unit open all night on accident and all of our stuff was there in the morning.

Stored my mother's belongings here for a long while and upon every arrival to pay or get in storage the manager on site Tina was always very helpful and very friendly. The site was always clean and well kept! Wld Def recommend to others.

Mike and Tina are the best. They are always greeting me with a welcoming smile. The property is well kept. I've used other storage facilities but they can't compare to the excellent customer service I receive from this facility

Tina DeFoor GM at the Bonny Oak location went above and beyond helping my fiancé pick out a storage unit. She answered all our questions and gave him his money worth. She is easy to talk to. Clean environment.
