Re: AlanThe store was extremely busy when I arrived and Alan met me and directed me to my area of interest. He kept checking on me throughout my shopping experience to answer my questions. I have never been treated more professionally and courteously. He made the experience informative and made recommendations that were tailor made for my family's needs. We are now enjoying the quality product he provided us with.

At this point I am entirely disgusted with the misinformation and mishandling of my money and the product I received. From being pushed to use a preferred delivery service outside of Ashley to having poor communication on the resolution to the mismatched furniture delivered to me. How does one get a better deal on a delivery service that would have been FREE?! I would have received it only days apart and likely ones that matched saving me $100 on delivery. I should have double checked the salesman and did a little more research before putting my trust in this process. Allan, I still expect a full refund including the rip off delivery service if this issue is not resolved promptly.

I would NOT recommend Ashley Outlet in Hixson to anyone! We went there on Saturday & had to go find someone to ask them if they would come help us. Dude seemed so busy & wasn’t friendly at all, actually acted as if he hated being there, which I understand because who really likes being at work, right? That still don’t mean you need to let it show. The manager of the store acted like he didn’t really give a rats arse if you purchased from there or not. Applied for credit, got approved & then was told their system was down & couldn’t even use it, so ended up having to pay cash. The only person working on the floor was a lady by the name of Kim, I think. She was the only one that was helpful, even though she was having to run back & forth like a chicken with its head cut off giving quotes to others because like I said she was the only one that helped & was trying to take care of as many people as possible! I got a text twice already asking for me to rate them, I normally don’t rate much but if you ask I state the truth! My husband & I came home & ordered more stuff online because we refused to go back & have to deal with the folks at Ashley.

Easy, pleasant experience buying what I wwnted. Kim Bloch was able to find pieces I needed to complete a bedroom set. She beat the internet price and will deliver items in a week. Used this store several times and have always been pleased.

I called the Chattanooga store to see if they could help me take delivery any sooner than just using the website. Ben answered the phone and was very helpful and saw my order through processing. Highly recommend finding Ben in the store, he is a winner!
