Let's start by saying the Ashley Home Furniture Store is among the worst places I have ever received furniture from. The person was named Walfa, and she was very talkative and pushy, especially when I got the extended warranty. I finance my furniture through Acima, and my Acima representative is named Kay. I have been going back and forth with Ashley's Home and Acima about canceling my extended warranty and showing the credit to my balance. I have been dealing with the back and forth since December 2023. I talked to Darel, the general manager, and Ben, the assistant store manager. I am always told someone will reach out to me, but I am always the one reaching out.I called Ashley before I received the furniture, saying that I wanted the extended warranty canceled, and I was told that it was canceled, but that never happened. Then I went inside the store and spoke with Wafa, and she told me I couldn’t cancel it, so I called customer service. They told me I could, but then I was told I needed to go inside the store to cancel it, and I would be going back and forth for over two months. I spoke with Ingrid, who works at extended warranty who confirmed that the warranty was canceled, but Ashley still expects me to pay 2000 plus dollars to Anima. It shows that I owe 2,009.60 dollars, which is wrong because the warranty was $399 plus tax, which should be credited back. I want to pay off my furniture and be done with this. I repeatedly asked to speak to a district manager, but nothing happened. The last update I received was when I called and talked to Ben; he said he issued another ticket for someone in cooperate to fix it.

Good friendly service and reasonably priced. Delivery could take long but self pick up is very well organized . Some “miscommunication “ between store and automated self pick up scheduling but it worked out in the end.

Ashley was my second choice for furniture due to price. I was surprised with the matching online pricing. Thanks John for going above and beyond to find my account. Also, the fact Ashley had availability of recliner in a timely manner. Delivery date was sooner than expected. Online shopping is great but you still need to see and experience the feel to be sure. Thanks Ashley.

Rob is who greeted us at the door and assisted us during our purchasing experience. Not only did he provide detailed information which led to smarter purchases, but also he also provided personal insight and experiences with specific furniture which made us feel comfortable spending more than expected an our investment. This gentleman’s integrity far exceeds anyone I have ever met in the retail industry. He went above and beyond in all aspects of sales and he demonstrates the character and leadership of an employee who’s being under utilized and needs to move to the next position. I could not have asked for a better experience.
