Cannot find responsible person to come and address the issues about the long vines wrapping around your lines not the Electrical lines. No one to talk to, email, no one human to talk with! Lightfoomill Road, Chattanooga Tennessee. I've reported it to EPB it's your line they're not responsible.

System is down online when I tried to pay my internet bill. So far I’ve spent 2 hours on the phone with agents from Sri Lanka, Mumbai, etc. when I tried to pay it over the phone, the agent system wouldn’t process my payment, all the while reminding me it will be a 5.00 service fee if and when it went through..so far after 2 hours. Nothing. But I did get to talk with people all over the world, who I could not understand .

Had AT&T wireless since they bought my carrier...Cingular. many moons now, and my growing family couldnt be happier!!! Beats the other carriers for sure.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! DO NOT GET UVERSE not only did they show up late but they tried to get us to switch from epb and wanted to charge 5$ per cable for what we were told would be a free installation. What a load of crap! They instead wanted to use the wires that epb put in FOR FREE when we installed with them POOR business practice and experience. I specifically asked if there would be any sneaky charges and right off the bat within 5 min of a technician being here they already were throwing out extra charges. None of this has ever happened with our past experiences with EPB I HIGHLY suggest using them instead at least you dont have to put up with this BS.
