DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! You will be screwed over and deal with constant issues with AT&T over the phone because of bad sales practices by the representatives. Backstory: Came in October 2024 to upgrade my line and add my wife onto my account from Verizon. Seemed like all was good with the transfer and upgrading our phones. Except the sales rep added a WHOLE NEW NUMBER to my account without my knowledge and to call AT&T porting to get my wife's number ported over. Well, porting did transfer her number over but did not port correctly into her new phone, so now I've had a third line on my account that I am continually billed for and still have not gotten resolved. I have been on the phone multiple times these last few months trying to get this resolved. Initially loyalty told me to go into this store to get straightened out. And the female manager on duty was absolutely useless and unprofessional, saying "I cannot do anything... I'm about to leave in five minutes." I was appalled. Just save the hassle and avoid shady business practices and go elsewhere, if you really want to do business with AT&T. I'm at the point that I've determined this whole organization is absolutely incompetent from the top down and is nothing but headaches for their "customers" they are supposed to serve. I'm normally not one to write bad reviews, but this place has pushed me so far with the headache it has caused I can only hope others avoid the same mistake!

Bad experience last night going to the get unlimited plans for two lines the skinny guy said your bill for two lines is 40$ and after I received email first month bill will be 254 and then $170 so guys just let you know be care about this store they trapping people!

After dozens of calls and visits, the $1000.00 for my trade-in phone was never credited to my account. I was repeatedly assured that the $1000 credit would take several billing cycles, and the delay was due to leadership changes, and I needed to be patient. When I called ATT corporate, the rep. suggested filing with the police and BBB. This is NOT an ATT store but an authorized dealer.

I just tried to go during there open hours and the store was closed, even though Google said it was open. There was no sign on the door and the door was locked. I’m tried knocking and no one came. Had to drive to another store.

The rudest, most disinterested sales rep I've ever dealt with. Tried to get a wildly inaccurate bill straightened out, and he just blew me off. "We can't do anything about it." Never even got out of his chair, just a blank stare.

I'm still waiting for Nick to process credit for my trade-in over 2 months ago. No action or returned phone calls. I would like to know how to escalate this issue.

Nick could not have been more helpful! He helped me review our bill and find many ways to save every month and also helped me upgrade my phone without any trouble. He was kind, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure we benefitted from the promotions at&t offers. He was outstanding!

Nick, the store manager, was incredibly helpful. He is obviously very smart, but very good at understanding and helping customers. He was honest and efficient. Highly recommended!!!!
