Went to this AT&T store for help with a new account. This first thing the sales associate said was “you didn’t need to come in here to do this.” After I had some difficulty transferring an existing number to a new account, the sales associate said “it’s a lot easier to get a new number if you want.” When I told him I did not want to do that, he told me I could “figure it out myself then” and left me sitting at the table. No one else came to help.

Added " AT&T Next Up Anytime" to my new installment plan without asking or informing me about it. Please read other one star reviews. This seems to be normal for this location.

I ported from Verizon and Metro and was told by 2 sales agents that my monthly cost would be no more than $130 but my first bill would be a little higher, understandable. They gave me phones and put me on a business plan making me think I was getting a good deal and was told to not be late or I would lose all of my "promotions"... My first bill was $436 for 2 months!! With a slew of charges and fees that make absolutely no sense!! Not even another location could figure it out nor the customer service rep that I spoke to! All he could do was remove "next up charges" for the new billing cycle because they gave me a $5.99 "promotion" but charged me $10 for a future upgrade, per line! Absurd, fraudulent and misleading !! This should be investigated.... Metro (T-Mobile) and Verizon does not charge as many "government regulated" fees as them!! 😡

I bought watch that was overpriced and try to return and they charged $55 for restock fee that i have returned same day. I will be changing by wireless provider.

Wyatt was amazing! He was the only helpful person in the store and solved an issue in under a minute that another employee claimed couldn’t be fixed. Unfortunately, the other worker was rude, lazy, and dismissive, making the whole process unnecessarily difficult. To the store owner: please work on improving your staff’s customer service skills—Wyatt is the exception and deserves recognition for his kindness and professionalism!

HELP READ BEFORE GOING TO THIS STORE ( you will be scammed) If I could give 0 starts I would! I walked into simply return a phone I had bought earlier that day. I went from an iPhone to a Samsung phone I do not like Samsung and went to return it. They immediately in a demeaning, unprofessional and aggressive tone, went through a bunch of policies that were never named or strictly defined, explaining why they could not take the phone back even though it had been purchased a few hours prior, they explained that I would be charged an arm and a leg to return it and would not give me any explanations. After speaking with corporate, they alerted me that this is a third-party seller, they pay a lot of money to franchise out a portion of AT&T‘s licensure, which gives them the ability to sell you a phone on credit connected to AT&T service with a unique phone number however they are not held to the same strict standards and customer satisfaction guarantees that a corporate AT&T retailer would. This gives the company the ability to masquerade as a licensed AT&T retailer While also pilfering the pockets of everybody who comes in unknowingly becoming victim to their Ponzi scheme. These people also run in Sam’s clubs and Walmart and cell phones through those entities as well with the same tactics. The multilevel marketing schemes are an action through these unlicensed/semi licensed AT&T retail stores. Most of their policies are indirect conflict with stated and proven policies of AT&T corporate, which was directly told to me by an AT&T corporate member on the phone. Please be aware while taking your business here

The people in this store just sit around doing nothing to help customers. So basically all they can do is sale phones and activate service, but when it comes to actually helping someone with a billing issue or repairs, etc. They can't do crap. Useless as hell. I WILL NOT EVER VISIT THAT LOCATION AGAIN AT GUNBARREL.

Austin answered the phone and left me on hold for 50 mins, so I drove to the store and the manger Dandy did not speak when I walked in but when another customer walked in proceeded to help them and still ignore me and when I interrupted to advise him, he gets an attitude and say I’m just putting her on the list to be help but I told him no one spoke with me or put me on a list to be help. This place is rude and I would definitely go to a different store.

I came in to purchase samsung S24 ultra and promise to deliver yesterday but today was told address was either incomplete or invalid so they gave me number to contact UPS and all I got is run around, still haven't resolved

Went into the Gunbarrel Road store and we needed to speak with a manager for a "restocking fee" of a phone that was purchased 2 days ago. We were going to cancel the added line due to misleading information on the cost of the phone at the time of purchase. AT&T customer service line advised me that if returned within 3 days, there would not be any restocking fee. In the store, they claimed they had not heard that before. We asked for the manager and were told she is with a customer and it will be 15 minutes. We waited. Assistant Manager, Eunece, was busy with putting a screen protector on a phone instead of taking a minute to assist us. We waited and waited. About 30 minutes into the wait, she was finally done with the customer but still did not bother to come over to talk to us. We ended up keeping the phone after getting another salesperson's attention who was very helpful. I would have to say, I was not impressed with the Assistant Manager's service or more like lack of service. She was on her phone when we walked out with no customer present near her.
