Old fashioned buying experience and well done. After reviewing 7 other dealership this is the first to ride with me during test drive. It was nice because I have MANY questions to which he answered them all. Mr. Olof you rock. Thank you to everyone else involved it was very seamless!

From the moment we arrived at Audi of Chattanooga through the days that followed our decision to purchase, the experience was exceptional. Our salesperson, Chanel Perry, was outstanding—professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. As I debated between Q5 body styles, she thoughtfully arranged test drives for both and clearly explained the packages, similarities, and differences. Chanel and her manager, Arkeem High, answered every question, gave us space to decide, and followed up seamlessly. The customer service was truly extraordinary.

I wanted to give a zero rating, but there was no option to do so. My rating for this service center is 0/5. Only to the service department. I brought my car in for the engine check light was on in the front dashboard. They suggested that something had hit on car ground and was routed near the collision center for repair and charged me 290$ just for inspection for 45 minutes. Even that collision center guy has no idea what to do and said he will contact you soon. Finally, I went to the AUDI Nashville Center Service, and they fixed my car issue. I recommend that every AUDI owner, please do not go to this center for service except oil change. They can do only an OIL CHANGE. That is their standard. Worst thing they do not have even a service manager in the AUDI showroom.

The Audi service department is great. They are always friendly and professional. Prices are right in line with other shops. When I priced out my last service with two other places they were the lowest.

I presume from your response below, that $400 is the going rate for an oil change at Audi of Chattanooga. If that is the case, the professional thing to do would be to pre-disclose that exorbitant cost up front. As I said, I expected to pay more than going to Jiffy Lube. Perhaps even $200-250. But $400 is outright fleecing and gouging customers.

I have had my Audi A3 etron serviced annually since moving to Georgia six years ago. Personally and professionally, the Chattanooga Audi service department has been exemplary! I love my Audi as much today as the day I bought it.

Service center rude
Imagine buying a car for $85k driving it for 3 weeks and it bricks itself in your driveway you tow it to Audi Chattanooga and the best they can say is hey expect to wait over a month and we’re busy so don’t call us. We have no idea when and where the parts are.
Maybe if your service section of a brand new car dealership is so terribly busy that might be a bad sign for your cars.
But if you want to buy a car i guarantee you’ll be treated like royalty just hope it doesn’t break in the first month because then hello sir becomes don’t call us.

Bringing a $91,000 Audi here TWICE for them to continue blaming me for the ongoing issue. always given a condescending attitude towards me like I don’t know what I’m speaking about when I have SHOWN videos, had spoken to other people with the SAME issue and they get theirs resolved. Being told it’s my fault for a door that has bad latch issues is unprofessional with the way they provide services and speak to costumers. I have been careful since the first time they said it’s my fault and brought it back and showed the issue happening and the service desk employee slammed the door multiple times. Very redundant to what you tell me. Just because I’m young doesn’t mean I don’t know what I’m talking about. Learn to be professional and treat people with respect.

The service guys at Audi are great. Court and his team are prompt, professional and communicative. Court has “calm dad” energy, which is great when bringing your car in for service. Thanks for everything, yall!

Beware, this dealership charges way too much for services/oil changes.
I asked them how much it would cost to do a 10k service on my 2023 Audi S5 and was told mid $400's. I called up Atlanta Audi and they gave me a price sub $300. Called Hyde's Automotive and they gave me a price of about $150 (oil change, multi-point inspection, filters, tire rotation ... whole 9 yards).
They charged my son $524 for his 2019 Audi A4 which he bought form them a year ago... ridiculous.

I was on the phone with the service department, was put on hold twice, then hung up on. I don't know if I've pissed someone off down there or what but I'll have to take my business elsewhere because I can't reach anyone in the service department. I just needed an oil change, a radiator flush, and my brakes serviced. I figured it'd be a little over a thousand dollars. No surprises there. I don't know what this place's problem is.

Just know if you buy a new audi and want to set up your free car connect app they will try to charge you 200 dollars...... just call the Knoxville dealership and they'll get you set up for free. How is that ok.
