Well, for starts nobody acknowledge me being there til it was check out time. The manual to the 3 ton is not correct in the box it is to an 3 1/2 ton gold jack model numberTZ835027HTB. I bought model number 80-630T 3 Ton jack. 🙄

First off the guy that loaned me tools to get my battery out of my car was great. When I came back to the store with the battery. Another guy helped me carry in from my car. Willie the store GM noticed I cut my finger taking it out. He asked if I had anyone to help me put it in. I told him I did not. He had me text him my address and drove to my home and put it in for me. I noticed he brought new felt and grease. He made sure it was locked in.
You see, I am a 63 year old woman who has foot drop. I fell yesterday and restrained my hamstring. I walk with an orthotic and have to use a cane. It was so was incredibly awesome that Willie volunteered his time and energy in 92 degree heat to help me. I cannot sing his praises enough! God bless you Willie!!!Thank you for your help! You said you like to help people. I believe it from your big generous smile. Also, your actions speak louder than words you act and demonstrate kindness!! Overall great store and staff!!

Willie the Manager at autozone on 3rd st in chattanooga was amazing. We were headed on a family vacation to California and he immediately stopped what he was doing and helped us get what parts we needed with a discount and get hem on the car!!! Thank you so much! We need more people in customer service! He turned a bad situation which could have been potentially worse than it was and made it a very pleasant and easy problem to solve!!! If Willie ever leaves we would always like to have ppl like him at tractor supply! Thanks again!

This was my first time in this AutoZone location. The store was not busy, I was 1 of 4 other customers in the store. I think the employee who checked me out, had way more attitude than was needed. And had I been given assistance I requested I might have not had to drive with busted brake line. However this employee really did not want to be bothered with me apparently I had asked too much. I can guarantee that I will not be back to that store location.

Willie, the store manager, was so helpful! He found us an amazing deal on wipers and fluid. PLUS he went out of his way to put them on for us. One of the best autozone experiences I've ever had. They take care of their people.

The lady manager at this location has the worst attitude ever. I called for a price quote on a battery last week she sounded so agitated I asked for her manager that’s when I found out I’m she was the manager.
My sister went in there today and had the same experience. Due to the way she act I see this store sales going down.
