If you are black they will bend over backwards even 2 or 3 will help but if your white you get shitty service bought over 1000+ dollars in parts all done gone bad i think they just clean the parts and put back on self parts less than a year old

Lazy, incompetent, unknowledgeable staff has always infected this location. They never have anything in stock, they never know anything about the products they sell and half the time they are goofing off in the store and not helping customers who are waiting. Stear clear of this joke of an auto parts store! Advance is right across the street. Thank goodness!

Horrible experience I went to go get my engine light fix and the dude came and checked my oil and ripped the whole part out. 5miles down there road my car starts sputtering and I pop the hood oil IS EVERYWHERE and my oil cap was GONE he said he put it back on right but did not. This is gonna cost me a lot more money now. THANKS GUYS AUTOZONE

Noah & Kyle.deserve raises!!!! These two are the kindest most helpful people I have had the pleasure of meeting in TN. I'm here from out of state working and knew no one- Noah figured out someone had put a wingnut on my battery terminal that was keeping the battery from making a constant good connection!! They both went way above and beyond for hours!!! Thank you!!!
