Great experience with the maintenance shop. The mechanics are expedient, friendly, and knowledgable. Mr.Stanley did an outstanding job on my Preventative Maintenance Service! Also, the Driver Support Specialist was helpful in getting me the supplies I needed.

As a truck driver Averitt has one of the best terminals I have been to. The people are very friendly and extremely efficient. They get trucks back out and on the road.

I am NOT happy about even having to give Averitt ONE star, they do NOT deserve even that! This is the 2nd time Averitt has delivered an HVAC system damaged. It took over 1 month to ship from OH to MN. Thankfully, the 1st shipment I was home and demanded the driver take photos (I did also) of the damage to the furnace. The 2nd time, the driver dropped off the A/C and ran for it before I could get home. A/C is damaged and Averitt is denying my claim. All this even though according to Averitt, someone was supposed to be home to sign for the delivery (I am looking forward to seeing if the driver forged my signature). I arrived home 5 minutes after the driver took off according to my neighbors and he did not wait at all, just dropped the A/C and took off.
