On the day my dog was scheduled to see a vet for an ear issue. Banfied called and said they need to reschedule because the vet was in surgery. 3 days later I take him in at 8:30. I called at noon and they said another 3 hours because vet is in surgery. So my 105 lb dog was there for more than 5 hours before the vet seen him. REALLYThen charge you an arm and two legs for thier work. And I didn't even speak to the actual vet. It's not very personable at all. And by the way I ended up taking my dog to Hixson well center. They were awesome very personable, and charged me half of what Banfield quoted me.If you love your animal's don't take them here.

This place should be closed for many reasons.The worst vet/company. If you truly love your animal's and want the best for them I beg you don't take them to a Banfield vet. They choose quantity over quality.

Moving to a new state it was great having continuation of care, especially for my senior pug/pom. The front desk staff and veterinarians are just as great in Tennessee as they are in Wisconsin. Easy to schedule appointments with the option of dropping off in the mornings making availability easy. Thank you!!

Great attention with visits. Kind and knowledgeable staff. Real local people who love animals run it and it doesn’t feel like a chain.

Wow, we just found out we have to pay for the wellness plan after our pet passed away. We have had pets on the wellness plan for over 20 years. Not a very good way to run your business and we will never use Banfield or your wellness plan again.
