Never use Bank of America. Branch manager downtown is very unprofessional her name is Meghan Hibbs. I can only assume there all rude! And u can’t reach anyone to make a complaint I was actually forwarded to her ??. No wonder abuse of power happens with BOFA because there isn’t any accountability
