It's pretty sorry that someone writes you a check on there bank and you can't even cash it because you don't bank with the same bank the bank always says its above the limit to cash for customer well that is just about stupid on the banks part.

ATM drive thru line a mile long. Walk up ATM “temporarily out of service”. Parking lot full, only one teller working. But they have a “greeter” asking what brings you in today? I simply want to make a deposit that doesn’t take 30 minutes. Here’s a suggestion, train the “greeter” to be a teller and get the line moving twice as fast. Do better Bank of America.

What bank can't print blank checks for a customer on demand? I've literally had accounts from PNC, Regions, Commerce, Chase, Wells-Fargo and dozens of other banks, and they've all been able to print a set of a few blank checks when necessary. BoA makes you order a whole check book and can only mail it. Useless if you live in the 21st century and only need a single check once every two years. Also, the one lady who works here calls everyone "sweetheart." I am not your sweetheart and neither are your employees.

I HATE it at this location. B of A used to be a convenience, but now it's such an inconvenience I really have to change banks after today. They are so severely understaffed at this location, that I have to wait 20 minutes in line (100% of the time I come here). One teller? Really? Line out the door. I can not afford the time to stand there a half an hour any time I need to talk to a teller. I hear, "We appreciate your patience..." I'm dying inside.

I went to a Bank of America ATM and tried to pull out $300. I did not receive my money so I had to file a claim and the person that I spoke with on the telephone told me that the money will be back on my account within 24 to 48 hours because the ATM had malfunctioned. That was 10 days ago and I still have not received my money. I am so irate with Bank of America and I am out of town at Cincinnati Children because my child might have lymphoma. I desperately need MY money and Bank of America could care less Please do not bank here!!! They are thieves. Which is why they have a class action lawsuit against them.

I went to Bank of America on may 12th to get some cash and order a new check cardWell it’s may 31,2023 and I called the 800 number to bank of America and was informed that the Hixson bank never even ordered me a cardThat’s a shame how they lied

Customer service is satisfactory once attended to, however, this branch is always Short staffed. Consistently a line and a wait associated with any visit no matter the time.

I have always had an excellent experience at this branch. Everyone is very friendly and helpful!! I noticed that the ladies who have private offices will immediately come out an assist tellers with an iPad if they need support. The woman who has the front office (Dana?) was out smiling and greeting customers even though they weren't that busy on a Saturday. The entire staff is very pleasant and makes for an enjoyable banking experience.

I have been banking with BOA for 15 years.And the Hixson Branch for 8 years. I understand all the covid restrictions and short staffing has been hard on customers but I have always been treated fairly. Just because you don't get immediate service and have to wait in line is no reason to act like a child. Here is a thought, bank online or by mail like I do for 90% of all banking needs. LOVE BOA.

8!people in line Only one teller again. Several people have walked in seen the line and walked out!!! Seems like each time I come here they have no one working!!! For a bank to not have workers for their clientele is crazy!!!

This was my first time at the Hixon branch, as my main branch is the Financial Center downtown. While close by, I had stopped in to make a cash deposit and asked the teller about opening up an additional account. Not knowing if I could open one online and had some questions. With my permission, She asked Dana, the Relationship Manager if she could assist. I quickly found out, that Dana is a RockStar! She not only listened but heard my needs, asked the right questions, and quickly sorted out the right account.Dana, as well as the teller, and overall feeling in the branch, was extremely friendly and welcoming. My takeaway is that the Branch Manager, Dana, and the tellers have worked hard and know the importance of building trust as a neighborhood bank.

Rolled in about 10 AM without an appointment trying to address an issue in a timely manner. All the employees appeared occupied servicing other patrons. In just a few minutes I was greeted and directed to Derrick. At that moment Derrick was involved with addressing a prior task. After another brief wait, I had my issue satisfactorily resolved. Derrick is pleasant, knowledgeable and an asset to the business.
