We were being serviced by a different teller that was having some difficulty understanding our needs at the time. Nicole stepped up and took over our transaction. I had a mini anxiety attack over a hacked cash app card and after contacting cash app and the retailer involved with absolutely no help at all I contacted the support center through my banking app and let me tell you Carmen answered every question I had and then some. She was so knowledgeable and empathetic to my situation . She took the time to talk through the dispute process of other companies and what to expect next.
