Called the store to check if they had a scent in stock. Spoke to a girl who, was not helpful at all when I asked if they a had a particular scent in stock she said “I have no idea.” And gave me a sarcastic “thank you” wish I would have gotten her name she was so rude. Called the neighboring store Northgate so much more helpful even offered to hold it for me. It’s farther for me but would rather go there than Hamilton

So, today I went in bath and body to stock up on Peppermint twist candles as they only have them at Christmas 🎄 and Morgan, the lovely sales girl 👧 tells me I have 11 points which meant that I got 11 free items!!! 🙃
I've been in there a lot lately but no one else told me I had these points!: which I do understand, they're busy....but I just want to say a Big Thank you to Morgan!! 🎊 🎉....my gosh, my 11 points got me over a 💯 dollars worth of free stuff! Thank you, ma'am ☺️!
Also, bath and body is the Best store at the mall besides Barnes and Noble...their White Barn candles are The Best candles 🕯 ✨️ ever!

Eastchase BBW has a tight but nice set up. The last time I was in there the staff was rude. I hate confrontation. I am tired of poor customer service. If i want other products Ill just order online.

My experience in the store itself was great, as always. The checkout, however, was not so pleasant. My sister was checking out before me. She had 2 BOPIS orders. The cashier misspelled her last name which hindered her from finding the orders in a timely manner. My sister had to find the order number. When she was paying for the items she'd picked up inside the store, the cashier neglected to key in her phone number, that she asked her for, so that her purchase would count towards her rewards account. When I finally got to check out, I gave her my phone number but somehow she managed to ring my items up using my sister's account. I saw that the account number on my receipt was incorrect and had to find someone to refund my purchase and ring it up correctly. I've not ever had this kind of experience in all of the years that I've been shopping at Bath and Body Works. I hope this doesn't happen again. I love the fragrances and the sales that they have but they should make sure their cashiers are properly trained before leaving them at the register alone.
