I scheduled to have my screen repaired the night before, I brought my phone in at 10am had it back by 11:15am it was quick and simple with great straight forward customer service. Great place I recommend this particular store to anyone .

I bought a battery in May for a Jet Ski and was told battery was ready to go off the shelf. Installed battery in mid June, will not even turn the motor over. Tried a different battery that I had and it turned the jet ski over no problem. Took battery back to Hixson location and spoke with Jake ( Store Manager) and explained situation. He said nothing was wrong with battery. I asked him to swap it and he refused. Jake is the store manager and was extremely rude and very unprofessional in handling the situation.
I will never deal with this employee or location again and will contact corporate Monday.

Money saver. Went down there to see if they can repair my phone with a new screen and thankfully they could. They said with Samsung they can't always get the new screens for them but luckily they could for mine. If you got a Samsung A23, they could order a new screen and have it fixed. Good service and better than having to buy a new phone.

Got a new Nissan key fob (programmed and door key cut) for 1/2 the price dealerships or locksmiths charge. Really happy with the service and workmanship!

I have an rv that has two batteries for inside power. I am disabled so there was no way I could change them myself. Justin worked through some issues with the drawer that holds the batteries. He worked through the issues. It wa a bit complicated. I highly recommend them. Thank You Batteries Plus and Justin.

Justin was the best! I had a cell phone issue this morning where my screen came completely off my phone but still worked because the adhesive failed and he was so nice and fixed my phone right up I'll definitely be back! Thanks guys!

Lexus LS factory battery replaced and after a hiccup with the bracket, they were able to install without a problem. Would definitely recommend Batteries Plus.
