Austin was great. Took my bestie to get her phone screen fixed. Went to the Dalton location and they didn't have a screen for her phone. Called the Gunbarrel location and Austin was great on the phone and took great care of us. Did a great job on her iPhone screen!!

Filed a claim to have my phone repaired and took it here, they replaced the broken back and camera glass but did not replace the clearly damaged camera lens. They sent me in circles back to the insurance company. I don't understand why they would patch over broken parts like that.

This was one of those retail experiences that I just HAVE to share. A man greeted us like he was genuinely happy to see us. He tested and replaced fob batteries in a snap. Offered but didn’t push replacement plan. We even found toys for the kids, and a fantastic battery organizer with tester included, that every family should own, for twenty bucks. I’m serious. You need one of these. I only wish I knew the man’s name. He acted like an owner.

I took my Galaxy S21 ultra in yesterday because my screen was cracked. The guy I talked to was super cool and answered every question I had. I left it there went to eat with the family and they had it good as new by the time we were finished. Couldn't recommend more

Horrible service, made some cockamamy story about being by himself which was fine, followed by he can't because something fell on the tool cart and too dangerous to get to. Which leads me to think, there was nobody in the store, why didn't he work on cleaning that mess up while nobody was in the store. Highly recommend staying AWAY AND going elsewhere to another location.

The associate who installed my battery did so professionally and explained how a trickle charger would extend the life of this battery which is in a car not driven often. Very impressed with the service and the fact they the proper sized battery which was hard to find.
