I love in Chattanooga TN. our Belk at Hamilton place mall literally sucks.You can't ever fine anyone to checkout with.Hardly any selection in anything.The prices are always ringing up wrong.A NIGHTMARE.

Linda in women’s wear exhibits great customer service! I had multiple transactions with her yesterday and she was always helpful, courteous and efficient. I will definitely look for her next time I’m there.

It is absolutely miserably sticky hot in this store. I wanted to shop more but chose not to just to get out of the heat. Misery, I don't know how the employees aren't sick from the heat.

I normally don't shop at Belk because for one you can find the same items elsewhere but cheaper. About two weeks ago I found myself in the store looking at shoes. I needed assistance with shoes, looking around for an associate but didn't see any. I saw two ladies who looked like they were shopping for shoes too, and they saw me too. Here I am waiting and waiting, no associate in sight. Some time after, I found myself closer to these ladies and only then I saw Belk badges around their necks. One of them was a very young one, maybe with purple or red hair color. They clearly don't understand their duties. I asked how I can order shoes and have them shipped to the store. She said that I can't do that and will have to be shipped directly to me. The signs around the registers says that you can have it shipped to the store for free. I let it go and placed an order online. When I received the shoes they were in excellent condition. After two wears, the shoes started falling apart. I went to the store to return it. I had an email with order confirmation as well as delivery confirmation. The manager came to assist and was looking for an email that has a barcode so she can refund the money. That I never received. I was really tired waiting there for so long, even before she decided to come out. I told her to just refund it on a gift card. When I got back the receipt, guess what, the shipping fee is non refundable. These guys are thieves. I'm never going back there again.

Pretty worthless store. We went to get something that their website was in stock. They didn’t have it. There were more sales people to assist. We tried to shop local, but they drove us to Amazon.

We wanted to buy a fragrance however there were no representatives to help us. A young lady from a different department had to come over to help us maker purchase. Greatly disappointed in the ownership and management.
