Therapists were professional and customize therapy to your needs, all the while gradually trying to raise the exercise intensity. I felt they did a great job handling my individual needs and helped me recover from surgery. Thank you.

I cannot recommend Summit Physical Therapy highly enough. I came to them suffering from terrible shoulder pain stemming from an injury, and honestly, I was skeptical about how quickly I could recover.
I started feeling relief after just the first week of. Fast forward a few weeks, and I was completely pain-free! The effectiveness of their therapy plan was amazing.
I worked primarily with Kate and Emily, and I truly cannot say enough good things about them. They are not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but they are also deeply encouraging and supportive. They tailored every exercise to my specific needs and constantly motivated me.
I can’t leave out, Lindsey! She was a massive help when it came to scheduling my appointments and working around my schedule.
The entire team at Summit Physical Therapy is phenomenal!

First time trying out physical therapy - working with Rich was great and in just five weeks, my shoulder is much stronger and I can now enjoy playing sports pain-free again! Would definitely recommend this place!

I was having pain in my shoulder & arm. When I started PT with Rich I had a big knot at the posterior aspect of my neck that he worked out after several sessions. Adam also helped working me out until I was pain free. I got to ring the bell! I thank them for their guidance, support & professionalism. I would highly recommend this team in Red Bank!

The physical therapist and the assistant therapist are all very highly skilled and work with the patient to advance their care at a pace they can handle.
I have always had a good experience at Benchmark in Red Bank and this is my second time there!!!

Red Bank Benchmark Therapy is definitely the place to go if you are in need of physical therapy.
Richard Stewart (PT) and Brianna Lett (PTA) provide a stress free, comfortable and welcoming environment with receptionist Grace’s smile to greet you. The expertise they demonstrate in choosing appropriate and helpful exercises is outstanding in helping one achieve established goals.

First off I want to clarify that my review is only for this company's failure to my release of medical records in violation of my patient rights and not a reflection on the physical therapists or staff at my location on Dayton Blvd. Both Jace & Amber are amazing, but I would advise against using this company to anyone needing any medical release forms as part of their treatment.The at fault driver's insurance company submitted a request in mid-November for my medical records relating to a motor vehicle accident where my vehicle was totaled and I had significant whiplash. It has been four months since they requested my records and I am still waiting for the release of these records. I have also personally made a request. These records are the ONLY thing holding up my settlement negotiations. Comparatively, Atlas Chiropractic where I also went for treatment actively communicated with the insurance company upon the start of my treatment, billing them directly and releasing my records within a week.I had to buy a new car and had a lot of expenses related to this accident and need to get my case settled ASAP. But I can't get any person on the phone who will talk to me about this issue and staff who have followed up on my behalf have also gotten push back about medical records and have been told not to bother them about this issue. According to HIPPA, I have a right for my medical records to be release within 30 days of request. It has now been over 120 days and this is just absolutely unacceptable.I have been a patient since June and still an active patient but I am strongly considering taking my business elsewhere because of this issue, which is a shame because I really like my therapist and think he does an amazing job. But no one should have to wait this obscene amount of time for the basic service of obtaining medical records which violates their rights as patients. Also, I have no ability to discuss my case with any person in the company about how much longer I will be waiting or file a complaint, which is completely outrageous.

I came to this clinic after a shoulder surgery and I cannot express enough how happy I am that I landed here! I went from stuck in a sling to better than I was before surgery. I got to know all of the staff here and I cannot recommend each of them enough. Everyone was patient, so knowledgeable, and fun enough to get me through the hardest parts of my sessions. From the kindest front office staff and most professional therapists, I really did start to feel like a part of the family. I hope I don’t get injured again, but if I do I will be back!

I've had to have PT a few other times during my life and hated it. I had shoulder surgery in June and started going to this location of Benchmark a couple of weeks ago and for once I can't wait to go to each session! Every physical therapist that I've worked with here has been amazing - friendly, caring, extremely knowledgeable, and best of all, they take the time to tell you what they are doing and why! I've learned so much! I highly recommend the team at this location!
