There is no way to get your medical records. I've tried calling and emailing, but they won't respond.

I’ve been trying to call for the past two days no returns to my calls. Why pay my bill if you guys can’t answer the phone about my questions about why my bill is so outrageously high. Don’t go through them worst customer service if you can even get to customer service.

I’m so thankful for the time and effort Katie used to rehabilitate my hip. She was patient and kind to me. A true professional! Kelsey was very flexible with me and scheduled appointments precisely, to fit my needs. I enjoyed everyone at Benchmark. Thanks from the bottom of my heart, for taking great care of me.
