Contractors live and die by materials being delivered, and communications about that delivery. Chuck aka "the Deliverator" made this delivery happen in a "no matter what, we're saving the crew from carrying it up by hand" effort. That's a steep driveway with a rough transition. Norberto and the AK Roofing crew are also impressed.

Carla was the BEST customer service employee for us! Not only did she get our order right, with materials to spare but she went out of her way to get us some left over materials as a donation to our non profit organization. We are so grateful for Best Buy Metals. The professional way they manage their transactions is amazing.

Lacey (& Tommy) was great. Incredibly helpful, personable, and responsive to our particular building requirements. To get to the next level, the sales team desperately needs an in-store model with small scale exemplars of the various metal sheeting joints to better help customers visualize their project and make more accurate purchase decisions.

First time buyer, had an excellent experience with Lacey's help. I've only worked with and order shingle materials before so I was completely lost on the how materials are supplied, profiles, fasteners, etc. Lacey was quick to provided me with the information and materials descriptions I needed for my project. not one complaint on delivery from that fellow either. He whipped that trailer right where we needed it and was super friendly. Yall good some good people there.
