I had a tire that was loosing air fast. Stopped at Best One and the pros there got right to it. A bit tricky, being a Tesla and needing lift blocks, which I have, and setting to ‘jack mode’. The repair was completed quickly and professionally, people were polite, shop was neat. I will definitely return.

Had to stop last week in an emergency with a flat, and got two new front tires, only to discover that one was leaking a couple of days later. Came back and they replaced the faulty tire at no charge, and even got me in and out with time to get to work in time that morning, and ended up costing less than I expected. Excellent service, and went out of their way to get my car taken care of even after they had my money. An honest auto shop is worth more than gold!

Best One, how ironic. They tried to scare a college kid into buying a new tire. Wouldn't look at a nail in the tire because they didn't have one in stock. Said the 4 month old Michelin tire could be damaged if removed. Manager needs a talking to from the bosses. Discount destroyed this place.... No charge.

I had a screw in one of my tires, and pulled into this shop. I'm from out of town and had no idea where I was at.Thank you GPS for sending me to this Great place. The employees were just wonderful. I highly recommend Best One Tire of Chattanooga. They also sell Interstate Batteries. Thank you again for a wonderful experience, when it could have been so stressful.

We had a tire repaired this morning- went flat while traveling home from vacation- for $30 we were told nothing was wrong and it was holding air—- a few hours later miles down I-24 we noticed it was getting low again. Stopped at the first tire store available and they wouldn’t even come to the counter- called this place and we’re given directions, tire replaced quickly and back on the road again!!! Nicest people we’ve dealt with all week and even “blessed our hearts”! Highly recommend!!! Thanks to all!

Have been here 2hrs waiting for steer tires nothing makes a customer more mad then too watch other trucks come in and go right into a bay feel like I'm being skipped one star it's not right this place used to be good

Stopped in to have a tire fixed, and they got to it right away. Best customer service I have had in a long time. Wish these guys were in Indiana back home. If yall need tires or one repaired, please stop in and see these guys. SERIOUSLY

In my opinion it's not a very good place to take any vehicle. They don't fix them. They will reset your check engine light and tell you it's fixed and charge you for a bunch of stuff they don't do. It happened on multiple occasions and I don't trust taking a bicycle there.

Best One saw me with an emergency tire repair less than 30 minutes before closing for Christmas. They fixed the tire in less than 15 minutes and didn't even charge a premium for the holiday or lack of notice. They really blessed my family with their kindness.

Emailed Best One Tire through their website for a quote. Got an automated email saying quote would be provided with 24-48 hours. 72 hours later, I had not received quote so I emailed them again asking for it. Never received a response (and I did check my junk mail as well to make sure it didn't go there). With this kind of customer service on a quote, I would not recommend Best One Tire off Rossville Blvd in Chattanooga, TN.
