Hotel was located outside Chattanooga but close enough. Very crowded the weekend we stayed Probably wouldn’t stay here again based on overall satisfaction
Rooms: Room was large but nothing fancy. Drain in bathroom was terrible. Bathtub took forever to drain. Toilet backed up almost every time we used it and was low to the floor and very loud when flushed
Nearby activities: Nothing was near by. But a lot was drivable
Safety: Crowded and we had bottom floor so loud as people walked by during the night
Food and drinks: No free breakfast but Cafe located on site that was very good. Was told you got 10% off but forgot to let the staff know
Noteworthy details: Their ice machine was being replaced so they had an ice chest in the lobby you could get some ice. Not sure about the sanitation of that situation though

Not sure where these 5 star reviews are coming from? It was okay for the price we paid ..$66/nite. Could have been must worse at that price. More of a Motel 6 quality. A Patel owned hotel getting ran into the ground as expected.

They charged me $50 for “Smoking marijuana in the room” when I have let them know repeatedly I do not smoke and I was there for work. I was very respectful, considerate, quiet and I cleaned up my own room/trash before I left with my used sheets and towels balled up together to try to make it easier for the housekeeping.
When I noticed the charge I questioned them immediately. Sent me a picture of an ash on a table that I had wiped down before I left the room.
Im honest,I have integrity and I DO NOT take advantage of people but clearly they are not the same . I NEVER give bad reviews, I will just walk away and not use the services anymore. This incident it is needed because this is an extremely shady business practice in my opinion considering I don’t smoke weed.
Will not be staying here again and would definitely not recommend them to anyone. Very easy way to get money out of people. Pretty Shady…

The guy who checked us in was super friendly but failed to inform us that none of the ice machines were working so you had to go into the lobby for ice. Thank you to the young guy working night shift for informing us. Coffee maker was stained and did not brew more than a few drops before it stopped. Wash rag had a questionable stain that was only noticeable once it got wet. Did not use anything else except towels to keep water from getting on the floor because there was no mat. No comforters on our beds,just a sheet,thin brown blanket and another sheet on top.As it got colder and we attempted to cut on the heat I noticed something in the corner. Burn and scorch marks near the outlet that the unit was plugged in and if you cut the heat on you can clearly see the flame! Obviously a major hazard. Attempted to call the office 3 times with no answer. Too cold to walk around so we just bundled up to sleep. I made sure to take pictures and videos. Honestly needs alot of work. Would not recommend unless a last resort. Will visit the Cafe again though! Room 147
Food and drinks: The Cafe attached was honestly the best part of the stay here. Great food and the servers were friendly and polite

The rooms were very comfortable and the location was easy to access. Vijay Patel was very friendly and helpful during check in and check out process. I have Best Western Rewards and he delivered water bottles and goodies to our rooms. There was no continental breakfast, but the room rates were less compared to other Best Westerns. There is an on site restaurant, but we wanted to get going so didn't try it.

Roaches and cockroaches and when I called to notify no one answered. I left and then called again and left a voicemail. This room was negligently unclean and unsanitary. If we didn’t get off an 8 day cruise driving straight off it from Miami to Tennessee I wouldn’t have even stayed an hour. 0/5 stars. I also have pictures and videos to prove.

The place itself was pretty good, clean, however for my ladies y'all will understand, they took $50 of my $100 deposit for "both bed sheets" when only one bed was even used and it was the last day of that time of the month and they said my suggestion of peroxide that it wouldn't get that out, that their housekeeping wasn't equipped to clean that kind of mess the mans name was Jimmy. That was my gas money for the week. I even offered to clean them for him and he rudely said that it would not be refunded. Highly rude. Highly dissatisfied with his lack of compassion and willingness to help even more so when I was willing to bring the sheets back to life for his hotel. Y'all have a good day and steer clear of places like this that can say anything they want it's just your word against theirs.

Came to this hotel on a road trip to Florida for Thanksgiving. The room was honestly a complete dump. It smelled terribly of mildew, the shower was not very well cleaned, there was a mystery stain on the lamp shade, and our room window has a bullet hole in it. The only real saving grace was the gentleman at the front desk that let us check in early and was great with my dog and the restaurant attached to the hotel had great food.

Do not stay here. There were roaches in our room, baseboards were missing, holes in the walls, hair was left in the shower, toilet seat was broken. A complete disaster.

The room smelled bad, maybe mold? The fridge made a loud noise, and the maintenance guy came and didn't fix it. 😑 the food wasn't anything special. Only thing that I liked was the nice older gentlemen that checked me in. The TV and cable system are old. No USB chargers. Small things really add up.

Not an easy place to get into the parking lot. The place was cheap ($63) and I guess that is why the room got such a low rating. Service (Front Desk and others) OUTSTANDING. No breakfast included, but they have a restaurant on site that was spot on.
Rooms: Hotel in renovation (did not know that beforehand). and our room had not been renovated yet. Old dirty, sticky carpeting as opposed as to the renovated rooms which had Vinyl Plank Flooring. Shower had great water pressure, but again old and looked it.
Food and drinks: They had a restaurant on site called The City Cafe. Had a Huge Menu (multiple pages) and we ate there three times over 3 days had 6 different meals (2 people 3 meals each). All 6 were outstanding.
