Me and my mom went to get her a IPhone young lady by the name of Natalie helped us my moms number didn’t port over we had the phone for 3 days the 1st day we went to the post mobile store she told us that it was going to be 24 hours before my mom phone would work the 2 day she called me and said to come back in so they could refund me my money back and give my mom a new number yesterday we went to the store and and she wasn’t there there was a girl there with blonde hair and pink strips in the front she was a RUDE AS RUDE COULD POSSIBLY BE !!!! The communication was ridiculous between Natalie and the little rude girl needless to say my mom still doesn’t have a phone and I got my refund but it’s going to take a week before it comes back on. My card we are very disappointed and neither one of us will DARE consider coming back to the company

My experience was horrible. The csr Joseline was very rude and didn't know how to do her job. I will never return to that store again and she needs to be fired.

Don’t work here they tell lies on people Tara and Tracy steal and the last people who run the store get the blame tragic. Then they sit up and finesse people for their money and tell lies. Told me I stole a phone and don’t even have BOOST I GOT VERIZON #1 network dealing with them please be sure to get a lawyer I had to... #Tragic

Tried to move my number from Metro a few weeks ago and was told I could not do that for some reason. Then a white lady named Tara told me I could buy a phone number from her and get a FREE phone. It’s not free if I am paying for a number to get it free. I will never go back to the Boost Mobile off Wilcox Blvd. Not scamming me!!!!

The best boost experience I've had since signing with boost. The manager, Tara was helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient. She made sure that everything thing was taken care of. This is the reason I will my services with Boost mobile.
