Finally leaving Boost Mobile. Lost my phone. Couldn't have lost more. No one on their website chat could help. They told me to go in person. I dropped in and the nice lady working here was not to blame, but she called on my behalf with me there and was told because my account suddenly does not have my name on it (I have been a customer for just shy of 10 years and I have always had to verify my name, number, and PIN when I come in to pay in person at any Boost location) that my account cannot be suspended. Why hasn't any worker ever said that it was missing? Why did they always ask for it? And most importantly, why does my card with my name on it that I PAY MY BILL WITH EACH MONTH not mean anything? Through with Boost. Please get service elsewhere. I know I am.

John the representative that was helping me is awesome very professional and knows what he is doing. I went to three different locations no one wanted to do any leg work to get my problem fixed John is the only one that put forth any effort to help me

I went on December 1, 2023 to inquiry about the prepaid internet box and the wait was very long and when the representative finally wanted to help me when I told her that I was going to leave and that is a problem. She asked for my address and stated that my address couldn't get service but I went on December 2, 2023 and got a prepaid internet with no problem at the Boost Mobile on Rossville Blvd. The customer service was horrible I was thinking about purchasing a phone from this location, but you all will never earn my service. You never decide to assist a customer when you hear them say they are about yo leave. If you didn't want to help then that's all you have to say.

Yesterday on Wednesday on November 1 , 2023 around in middle afternoon . I went to go pay me and my wife Mrs Wendy King ?, is phone bill the unlimited plan . And last month I started the unlimited plan for my wife Mrs King for 50.00 plan . And I had Willie Mac the employee to up grade the plan for me for my wife Wendy King . And he said I had to pay 108.00 for her phone plan and my phone plan the unlimited . Well on Wednesday November 1 , 2023 I told we both had unlimited plan and that I pay 108.00 . And he said it wasn't in the computer of there's . And I had to go back and pay 35.00 again for the lower plan . I wasn't to happy about that ! And I think about changing Boostmobile stores since Willie Mac can't get right ! He is a nice employee . But he had to redo it again and put my lady Mrs King ? on the unlimited 50.00 plan . And it sounded like he said something that someone else was on my wife Mrs King is phone plan . But it should be my wife Mrs Wendy King on that phone plan . We both like Boost mobile . But he acts like he doesn't have it together . Hopefully we won't have problem again the next time we go there . Because if we do ! We will start going to another Boost mobile store ! But if my wife Mrs King wasn't so stubborn to stay with Boostmobile company , then I would change phone company's .

Horrible customer service. The black guy with the dreads is very unprofessional, he wines like a child and is horrible!! I walked out because of his ways. Get rid of him!!
