I got a text saying that I had an available upgrade for $4.99 for a Mother's Day promo. Perfect timing, I thought, because my screen has been flashing a bright light a lot and it's hard to use my phone so I just haven't been. I go in, and after the lady tells me the offer doesn't exist, I show her the text through the flashes and she suddenly finds it. She goes over to the other woman working who was older. The woman looks at me and says in Spanish $115. I ask for the breakdown in fees of how that could even happen. I was told it was $35 to activate it even though I've been a customer for years and just paid my $35 phone bill and just needed to move my number and photos to the new phone, but ok. What else? $8 for mandatory insurance for one month. Ok, what else? Other taxes and fees. Like what because we aren't even close to $115. She says also I will need a phone case and a screen protector. I said I can get all of that later on. She said no, it has to be bought with the deal and it can only be certain ones. I said, ok so now we're maybe at $65-$70. Where is the rest of the cost coming from? She couldn't tell me. Maybe if you're white with Boost now you get overcharged bc apparently we're all loaded. I'd love to see some of that cash, myself. This is my second really bad experience with Boost and I didn't leave last time because I wasn't able to financially but I have a friend who is giving me their old phone and I'm taking it to Cricket or Mint. Boost has gone so downhill. They're nothing but thieves now.

Went to get help with phone they said they couldn't help me because all boost are owned by diffrent people what the in the world changed my phone service the next week after the stole my money and couldn't fix my account

The one worker told me the new sims card would not work in my phone and i would have to buy a new one. I said I didn't want to buy a new one. I asked him to go ahead and put the sims card in. He said ok but it want work. He put it in and my phone worked and is still working.I ask for my old sims card and he said you can have it but its not good for anything. So I did get it. He was rude as heck. The only reason I can give for his actions is that it was close to closing time. I will not go back to this Boost store.

They didn't want to do their job an try to be helpful they switched to the 5G so the phone I just bought last year for 250 isn't working drop call's lose service my Samsung Galaxy s 10 isn't compatible with the new chip so I will have to buy another phone so I'm out 250 an I bought it from boost mobile website that the kick in the face they sold all them phone the year before an now you have to get new ones but long story short the guy that said he's the owner didn't call customer service to see what could be done he act like he was CEO an his words law I woul have gave him a 0 if I could

Came in with my mother to upgrade her phone and i thought i was going to be a headache because we're not phone people at all. Well to keep it short Que made the process easy. He was patient, kind, and he got us the perfect fit. He's good af what he do. Thanks Que!

I had to get a phone and went to this location. The gentleman who assisted me was named Que. This guy was Awesome! This was not the first time I was in this store and he helped my family before. I dropped my last carrier, mainly due to customer service. This location has it going on. Good job guys!
