Boost's website is messed up, that's the only reason I went to the store. I needed to make a payment, but the website didn't let me log in. If a corporation wants to conduct business through its website, make sure the site actually works

Came in to get a new phone and line today. The white man working around 4PM with the glasses and backwards hat decided that he didn’t want to set us up with a new line because he “wouldn’t get paid”. Extremely unprofessional it’s no wonder the other reviews say to avoid this place.

Never ever ever get Boost Mobile. Purchased two lines and wasn’t able to port in my lines because of the remaining balances . They said they could not give me a refund . I hadn’t used anything. I haven’t received anything. Also less than 24 hours.

Do not come to Boost Mobile on Shallowford Road no one knows how to do anything and the manager does not want to be bothered because she is off this is the third store I have been to and no one knows how to do warranty or insurance claims

I didn't buy a phone or anything from them, I was having issues with a T-Mobile phone I had switched to their network. The ladies inside were very nice and happily tried two or three things before solving my issue then kindly explained to me what it was they did in case I had the issue again in the future. After countless phone calls with customer service and multiple visits to Walmart where I got the sim card, these wonderful ladies had me fixed n on my way in under 10 mins

Worst experience of my life. Every call to customer service is 2 step. One person answering and then putting call on hold. I spent over 5 hours with them tryin to get my account number and transfer pin. Phones that I own. I purchased 2 phones cash and because of the terrible Wi-Fi speed I decided to change carrier 8 months later. They will not remove the lock on my property. Most help has very low level English!!!! Store at Shallowford Rd reps are high on weed. No lie. Just trying to be neighborly and warm you.

Thanks to Juno for taking the time to explain discrepancies on my account!!!I guess the customer service line employees could use more training. From now on, or as long as I stay with boost, I will only deal with Juno at my neighborhood location.

I upgraded my 14 year olds son IPhone 8 to a IPhone XR online and we didn’t know how to put the SIM card in. I took it in and the lady told me she didn’t have the correct Sim Card but to go to the Sprint Store at the mall and ask for one of theirs, she said make sure you don’t tell them your from Boost. I went to the Boost on E. Brainerd rd abs Thomas the store manager was more than helpful setting up my sons phone.

Great customer service all employees are on point they know what they are talking about and has never been rude to me, every time I come here they take their time to help me with my phone. Will highly recommend this store!
