Busy store, limited support. The associates are usually always nice to me. Can't ask for much more than better management, being open 24/7 and back not closing up at random hours.

Editing to mention that it's 2:20 pm on a Tuesday, doors are unlocked, people are literally inside the store, but okay, you're closed. 🤨

When Marbin goes to a establishment such as Mapco we expect a few basic necessities to be available. 1. Water with bubbles 2. Cold brew Starbucks coffee (unsweetened) 3. Jack links 4. Hummus and pretzel packs Mapco is a solid 2/4!!! I was pleasantly surprised they carried Topo Chico (a well known brand amongst the bubble water community) but when I got to the coffee part of the fridge, I was appalled by the amount of sugar contained in ALL of the cold caffeinated drinks in the section. The jack links were delicious, but the lack of hummus packs made me feel a little unwelcome as a Middle-eastern man travelling through western Tennessee. In conclusion, if you happen to be a fusion band traveling via Chatanooga TN, I can't (in good conscience) recommend it, but it's also not the worst. If I were you I'd take it or leave it.

Beware of the cook here, she is extremely rude to every customer. I've witnessed multiple people say they're never coming back due to her attitude. She even made fun of somebody's laugh right to their face. This lady needs to be fired.

The black lady at the cash register was super rude to begin with. She asked me if I had EBT for starters and instead of giving me my receipt she threw it away.Once I got back to my hotel I realize that the chips she sold me had a slit in the bag and they were stale and I sent my boyfriend in there to exchanged them and she told him she don't remember me. Of course she wouldnt remember waiting on random people,so I got out and went inside myself and she caught an attitude and asked me who waited on me and where was my receipt. I replied you did and you threw my receipt away. She caught an attitude again saying she don't remember me then proceeded to ask me what I wanted my money back or something. I just wanted to exchanged the stale chips for some that weren't but there wasn't any left. I told her and she rolled her eyes and gave me my money..If I'm ever in town I'll never shop there again

This is a very busy store and the employees do their best to keep up but they are often swamped. The fried chicken is great and always fresh. The store is usually stocked well and the gas prices are average and the store located where it is easy to get on I-24 and US 27.
