I MUST give this BP(MAPCO) 1 star for one reason and one reason only. The employee, an old grouchy man who works at the store on the midnight shift. He is ALWAYS rude and hateful. I spend alot of my hard earned money at this particular BP because it is on the way to my work place. I may just start going to speedway across the street. He doesn't ask if you have a rewards card then is hateful as *** when you tell him that you have one. i see this man almost every night. he knows i have a rewards card. His customer service.... will there is no customer service when this guy is working the counter. The other night when i stopped he got really rude to an older lady that was using her EBT card. He told her he wasn't giving her the rewards benefit because she was using foodstamps. really??? It that is a policy for the store, then he could have been MUCH MUCH nicer.

Was in a state of crisis because my credit cards wouldn't work beyinwas out of state and they put a Blk on my card for security purposes and the team members helped out with gas water and food for me and my hungry children! Blessing in disguise
