I've rented a got a Camry Hy.2024 no navigation system and told them I needed navigation??Most people that rent cars are out of town So next OMG Toyota no navigation.I got lost and it was on the side of a mountain in Northwest Georgia and I've had pro surgery and I was hurting from struggling to find my way out.I had to wait til the end of the road came to stop sign there was nothing.im on my way BK to turn this car in let's see if what happens

Tanner was great. Everyone else not so much. The truck we rented had the gas line cut on it BEFORE we picked it up, nobody told us this, we return it and the old guy tried to blame us. while also saying we used over 140 miles but we kept track of only 50 miles used. We’ll never use Budget again.

I will never rent from Budget again. Went to drop the car off at this location during the middle of the day, during opening hours. The door was locked and there was a sign that said “closed, will return at 10,” and this was around 12:45pm. I called customer service and they were completely useless. They would not contact a manager or anybody at this office to see if there was anyone there. I tried knocking on the door, no answer. and there was no way to drop the key off. Customer service just left me to figure things out on my own and I ended up driving to another location and having to pay $$ for a taxi ride.

Wonderful experience! They didn't have the van we originally booked but were able to upgrade us in a comfortable larger SUV. Upon dropping off the car, they went out of their way to make sure we were taken of and even took us home. Will definitely use again! Quite the father/son combo for customer service!!

Prepaid for vehicle at this location. Upon arrival was told they didn’t have the vehicle I had reserved and paid for offered vehicle of much lesser value at the same rate, refused refund of difference in price, said take it or leave it. When I pushed back “the site manager” refused to provide contact numbers for their direct manager, provide a business card with his name and phone number on it, and then refused to rent any vehicle or provide refund for services they have already received payment for. If you have expectations, even of the lowest level, I would not ever do business with this company. Both individuals working here are on a power trip…..assuming it’s because they are lacking where it really counts as a man.

We rented a van. It was good. Nothing broke and I was comfortable. They didn't hassle me when we returned it. I did clean the interior before I returned it (common courtesy). But I'd rent from them again ?

Tanner was able to help us out when we’re were in a bind other rental car company wouldn’t help us I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a rental car

NEVER RENT A CAR FROM BUDGET!!!The car will die on you as soon as you turn off the engine. Then when you call them to let them know your car does not start anymore, they charge you 161 dollars to get someone to jumpstart their garbage car for you.When you call them and show that you have insurance, and this should be covered they essentially tell you that you should of call them first not us. They also said it's not their job to talk to your insurance.I will never rent a car from these guys again and I will share my story to everyone I come across of how I was treated.

Booked online and had confirmation number. Showed up to pick up my car and was told they didn't have it. Staff basically shrugged and said they'd call me if the car came in. I called them back 2 hours later, they said they still didn't have the car but would call me. Never hear back from them. Called corporate who said, "yeah, that sucks." 0/5, I'll walk before I ever trust Budget again.

Staff at the Hixson budget car rental is the best. Really friendly and professional also great deals on the vehicles. And very fast service had the vehicle in less than 10 minutes. They also have veteran discount's . The car clean and shiny like a new car. ************ 12 stars!

Paid to Uber to 2 locations (Airport and Hixson TN) and neither had cars or could rent vehicles. The owners should be embarrassed and ashamed to have a company run like this. If you make a reservation and can not honor it, you should at the very least, provide transportation to another location. Instead, they just tell you that you are S*** out of luck. The reservation manager at the 800# was even worse.

Do not trust your car will be available. I booked online and got confirmation that the car was ready paid an Uber $20 to get here to be told they don’t have any cars available and that this happens all the time. Now I’m having to pay an Uber to take me back which will be a total Uber cost of $40. Nothing was offered for my troubles and I was told I would have to go somewhere else for a rental.

Returned my rental here. Had the car for less than 24 hours. The didn't process the return correctly. Based on them not doing their job right they have kept my $200 deposit and charged me an additional $784 with no explanation! In all they've charged me over $1000 to rent a Jetta for less than 24 hours. Would never recommend doing business with them. At this point they seem like crooks trying to take people's money.
