I wasn't too happy with the attitude that a young lady cashier had because a pair of socks were either returned or separated in shipment and there was no price tag on them. I should've looked for her name tag. Evidently she was helping an older woman get familiar with the POS system that was slower. Then she told me she could get me at another register. Unfortunately she was rude, wanting me to go find another pair because she doesn't work on the sales floor. I told her I don't either. There was no one behind me in line so she wasn't rushed. She needs to either be retrained, learn about customer service or get out of retail. This was unacceptable.

Good if your looking for household stuff but mostly the racks are empty and things are unorganized. The staff is friendly and have good customer service.

It's a good bargain place to go to for clothing and etc. But I guess they're like everyone else understaffed because they never have enough people working at the cash registers and there's never no one on the floor willing or able to help

First visit to this Burlington. I wasn't sure if I wanted to go here because some of them are very messy. This one wasn't so I hope it stays clean. I found everything I needed at great prices. Friendly employees.

I love this store but please get a self check out or have two cashiers at all times… sometimes it’s an all day affair to come shop because there is only one cashier

They should have more tools for mans, that way they attract the mans attention and we for sure will buy other things.
