I went to Burlington this evening for a Christmas gift with my mom and I ended up buying some items for my new place when I got to the register the thing beeped for me to come to register 7 I encountered a young lady by the name of Jennifer she was so pleasant her smile was warm and she had a great spirit. I enjoyed our conversation while I was being rung up I wish there was more people giving the kind of customer service that she gave!!!!

Itâs not a bad store. If customers learn to put things back where they got them, and to control their kids I believe the store would be in better shape. Although Hixson is much neater, itâs very small and there hardly any space between the isles and they have less shoppers, this location has the potential to be just as neat with the help of customers. I also seen messages about management being rude and I would be too walking around telling kids to find their parents, picking up after grown folks, and to be customer facing.

I come here to get all my shampoos and body washes. This place has everything. Cologne, snacks etc. I am doing all my Christmas shopping at this place and I found some really good stuff for a reasonable price.

Wow! This was the largest Burlington I have ever shopped. I have two back home Virginia Beach , and chesapeake but neither are as large as this one. More selection on shoes and boots. Home selection was beautiful here. Loved it...

Me and my husband went there last week as I was trying on clothes in a pair of pants I found a needle in one pocket so I got manager and in the other pocket she found drugs ..I would recommend checking the pockets of clothes. .I'm just glad the syringe didn't stick me... Plus I thought they were new clothes.. just bad experience...

This place doesnât even deserve a one star but it wonât give me the option. They are unorganized, unprofessional, and rude to customers. They only have two fitting rooms and expect you to not even try on clothes to see it fits. On employee was upset b/c the two fitting rooms were being used by two Hispanic families. She even went as far as calling security on them. The person waiting in line for the fitting room told both the families that she would wait since she just got there. That employee also got two other employees to come and help her and they looked puzzled as if what are they supposed to do if nothing wrong was happening. The store is always a mess and things are thrown into place and not kept organized. Donât get me wrong I understand that most customers are to v blame for this in most cases but not this one. Employees just pass by and see the stuff on the floor or on shelves and just leave it there. One employee was just flat out talking about customers and in a rude manner in front of us. I donât know I think I would rather just go to the one in Hixson.

Burlington is always a good place to shop. Visiting in the area, didnât find much at all at this location. It was tax free weekend
