Good and easy process. Sales people are not extremely knowledgeable on the different cars, so do your homework before purchasing. One key pictured means vehicle only has one key. Don't expect Carmax to supply a second key, ours extra key is $900.00.

Everything was great but went back to pick up two items I left in the truck I sold Carmax and the items were gone from the truck. Excellent service but very disappointed that someone stole a set of jumper cables and a really good tow cable, both I used to help other people.

I had a vehicle shipped from another Carmax location. When I arrived for the test drive, the staff was available and helpful. Michael assisted us through the purchase process and was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Overall it was a much better experience than those I’ve had at more traditional dealerships.
