I went into Carter's in Hamilton place to look for my son some pants for school and this YT lady profiled me. Everyone in the store profiled me. All bc I’m “Black” ☹️ I was in the store 30secs and was already profiled when I walked in the door. The manager came out and everything. I over heard the manager say “as soon as I see them on the camera I call them” talking about security. I felt so uncomfortable I left…. As I’m leaving I see this YT lady take a picture of my tag. She did not deny she did but the manager however lied and said she didn’t. Yes I took her picture bc she and everyone in the Carters need to be reported! Share my post 🗣️

They are very very racist at this location when it comes to black individuals I heard the manager say when we walk in she calls security every single time that is not okay to profile people .. not all black people steal and any color of person can steal ! Stop profiling people please that is very ugly !

Store hours in door inaccurate. Store closes and locks the door before closing hours.

Business hours need to be updated! It shows on here they cloae at 9. They actually close at 7pm.

Rachel was very helpful, she let me know what sales were going on, and in which areas to go to in order to find certain items. Everything was very clean and all the sales associates were very kind and helpful, I will be frequenting as a new Aunt who plans to spoil her nephew

I wish we could ship here we like the clothes but the location is too dangerous. We were attacked by the typical Chattanooga person because we tried to get out of our car and shop. We'll just avoid this area in the future it's not worth risking my family's safety.

The clearance isn't much of a clearance that they kept pushing. We found other items cheaper on the racks.
