Just bought my second car from them in under a year and the first car was amazing never had one issue with it ever and now got a suv from them that is a great car and exactly what I needed to have. Bought a 2015 VW jetta just over a month ago. We worked with Travis and he was great! We had an issue with a sensor and plug wires and he fixed it for us with no problems. Would definitely buy from him again. Thank Travis and staff

I have nothing but positivity for this awesome business. Located in Red Bank, this establishment is truly interested in helping people with less than perfect credit get into a dependable car.
In addition, the technicians who work there are reliable, and ultra knowledgeable about what makes a car tick. The rates for repairing cars that are in a state of disrepair are quite reasonable. They work very quickly to get you back on the road as well.
I had the pleasure of buying a Honda CR - V from Chattcars4u today. The office manager, Tammy, worked tirelessly for two days to make the deal happen. She was attentive, understandong and gave me constant updates on where we were in the purchasing, trading and financing process. She also said that anyone that bought a car there becomes family. She proved by her kind actions and energetic efforts she took to get me in this car.
So thank you Travis Young, who has also helped me in in repairing my car and in selling me this one. I also extend my Gratitude to Chris, who is always helpful and educational about mechanical problems.

I spent about two weeks searching for my van that I had foolishly traded in at a different dealership. The moment I found her, I was in contact with Travis and Tammy. Their thoughtfulness and compassion is unmeasurable. Tammy stayed past closing twice working with me on getting the van back. If you believe in Angels, you will find them here. I would give 5 Stars infinity if possible.

Usually my dad is the only one I trust to fix my car. But due to age and time he’s been unable to fix my car for me. I was so scared to let someone work on my car- however, Travis has done a FABULOUS job and gone above and beyond with fixing my car and keeping me informed. I was very well satisfied with this car lot. My husband and I came here to buy a car we had been looking at online. When we got there we decided we would get something else. Miss. Tammy was real helpful to us both and told us she would do what she could to help us so that we were satisfied customers . I saw while there they have their own service area and Travis when not busy like Tammy was in the service area.

I looked up a car from here online said 3,999$, for a 2007 Chevy cobalt, so I got to the dealership with my down payment, I needed a cheap reliable car that was good on gas, didn't need anything fancy, I'm on a budget and told them so, I needed something with low payments, which the payments were low, but the interest wasn't, and I knew it would be high, so I would have eventually paid it off, needless to say by the time I got to the facility, they had added another 1,000 dollars, so now it's 4, 999$, didn't say anything about the price increase because I was in bad need of a vehicle, fast forward, I'm now driving the car and it tears up after a week, take it to them, they fixed it but I had to buy the parts, air bag didn't work, sunroof also didn't work , that was no biggie, but the paint was chipping something awful, couldn't even touch it barely and paint was flaking off, now I deal with that issue, and it starts messing up again, suspension this time again, rewind, this car had to of just sat for a while not being drove i could tell by all the pine needles around my trunk hatch when I opened it, one thing after another and so now my car floods as well i get into my car and a foot of water was in my floorboard with the windows up, i believe someone knew I didn't know a lot about cars,i refused to pay the payment anymore, I couldn't afford to pay for a car I barely even got to drive and then couldn't drive at all, I saw they had sold the car for almost 6,000$, I hope they fixed it better, you can't leave a car sitting it needs lubrication, I do know that much,so I believe everything was dry rotted and therfore was gonna fall apart one part at a time, I know this because I had a car that I let sit for a year and it did the same thing but I didn't pay but 2000 for that car this car was gonna cost me almost 12,000 dollars total for a 2007 that didn't run barely 2 weeks, don't say anything back to try and make yourselves look better I don't want to hear it frankly, that was wrong
